About: I have had pets all my life. I grew up with dogs and cats. I have worked in a dog grooming washing salon as well as watched them! I am excited to meet all the adorable dogs!!! I currently work part time 12-5 most days and pretty flexible after most days after that. Available during The weekends when I’m off as well! I live in a dog-friendly neighborhood perfect for long walks or runs, and your pet will have plenty of love from my partner and animal-loving friends while you're away. Whether your pet needs cuddles, structure, medicine, exercise, or just good company, I’ve got it covered. A couple of notes: I’m not able to accept bookings in homes that use synthetic air fresheners or otherwise strong/harsh scents (unless it can be unplugged or not used beforehand) as it disrupts my ability to be comfortable! I generally prefer stays longer than a single night but will consider one offs especially for repeat clients! Thank you for understanding. NOTE: I am still taking bookings in Asheville, NC - I will travel to you! I am currently living with my partner in Charlottesville VA I happen to work remotely from my computer with a schedule I determine myself. So I am very flexible and able to give lots of attention. I know it can be nerve wracking for your pets and I always meet your pet where they are. I understand that all pets are different with varying emotional and physical needs. I am very empathetic, understanding, and attentive when it comes to adjusting my care per animal. I am active person and love to take dogs on walks but if that’s not their jam, I am happy to curl up with a book on the couch with them.
About: I have been around all kinds of animals my whole life. From rabbits, guinea pigs, hermit crabs, fish, a squirrel, dogs, and/or cats. I currently have a 2 year old high energy husky who loves to keep us on a schedule for his park visits and walks. I love all animals- all shapes and sizes- and would love to help you get your pup out for exercise and potty breaks or even visits in the home if you have a cat or caged animal that needs tending to while you work or travel! I work 12 hour shifts Saturday Sunday and Mondays so I am not available on those days. I am available anytime Tuesdays through Friday however. I have a 2 year old husky who keeps us on a very regimented routine. Once we have taken our kids to school he is ready for his daily trip to the local dog park in hopes we catch his doggy friends, where we spend at minimum an hour and by 3pm he is ready for his evening walk to burn up some of his energy!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 11 years old. I am a big animal lover so your pet would be in good hands. They will get a lot of attention, exercise, and love. I am fully able to take care of your pet 7 days a week and all daytime hours. I am available from 6am to 10pm. I can provide a leash if needed and walk only on sidewalks, paths, trails or take them to a nearby park. Safety is my highest priority.
About: I have experience with all dogs and grew up working on a farm, caring for an array of livestock to include chickens, goats/sheep, alpacas/llamas, and two sheepdogs. walkers on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
