About: I’ve been walking dogs and doing check ins for family pets since middle school! I am currently a pre-vet student at JMU, but I spend my summers home in Earlysville. I would say this has been a “serious” job of mine since I started highschool. I’ve spent a few days a week for the past few summers pet sitting. I’m new to the app because I’ve been so lucky to have a lot of regular clients, and was then recommended to their friends. I’m just trying to expand my client pool as much as possible:) I have 3 dogs of my own, and one of them lives with me in my college apartment. I’ve had dogs all my life, but I also currently shadow at a vets office, work with the animal health team at the RHSPCA, and volunteer at the VA wildlife center. I absolutely love all animals and would be thrilled to meet new furry friends! I will be shadowing at the vet 3 days a week, but only until 1pm. On those days I am free in the afternoon to check on your pets! Most weekends, along with days I am not doing that, I can set aside time to come see your pets:) I will readily follow whatever instructions you may have. I am used to taking dogs on walks, but also fine with just letting them out in your yard and chilling on the couch. Whatever you and your pet need, I’m sure we can make it work:)

About: I’ve been dog-sitting for three neighbors for over five years and have also provided cat care. I own two Great Danes and previously had a cat, so I’m comfortable with large breeds, daily routines, and attentive care. I’m patient, experienced, and confident caring for both energetic pets and seniors. As a college student, I plan my pet care around my class schedule and have plenty of availability outside of class times. I’m free most mornings, evenings, and weekends. My classes are spread out during the day, which allows me to provide consistent check-ins, walks, feedings, and quality time while still maintaining a reliable routine for each pet. I provide care exclusively in my clients’ homes, where pets are most comfortable and routines stay consistent. I prioritize safety by carefully following all care instructions, securing doors and gates, and maintaining a calm, clean environment. I respect each home and communicate regularly with updates so owners feel confident their pets are safe and well cared for.

About: I am a lifelong animal lover. I am comfortable with caring for any breed and any size dog. We have a senior beagle mix, named Tallahassee, a Weimaraner, Luna and an American Bully, Axl. All of our dogs love to meet new pupper friends. Luna and Axl love to play with other dogs, while Tallahassee is the more laid back of the three. I have a flexible schedule so that I can work with most to be of any need to the animals in my care. I am comfortable and confident in caring for your animals and will care for them as if they were my own. As a dog, cat, rabbit, and chicken owner myself, I know and I understand the importance of who you leave your pet’s care in the hands of! I’m currently not working full time so I will have plenty of time to fit in all of the extra care and attention for your animals! I have a fenced in yard that the dogs can run and play in freely. Of course, if needed I can put the animals out in separate timeframes.

About: Hi! For many years, I was a Fear Free Certified veterinary assistant in Charlottesville, VA. I also have experience as a dog kennel manager, farm assistant & animal rescue volunteer/advocate. During my 10 years of petsitting work, i’ve learned how to make your pets as stress free as possible while your away. Petsitting is currently my full time job! I create my own schedule, which allows flexibility for everyone! and plenty of time to spend with your pets. About: when you choose me as your pet sitter, you have nothing to worry about. I care for all pets as if they're my own. I live in an apartment and I'm currently only available to do boarding with one dogs but will consider two if they are bonded pair. before any boarding or housesitting services confirmed, I require we meet in person to ensure all the details are understood and that your dogs are OK with my dog. I have a 30 pound beagle mix named Daisy who is three years old and she will be with me at all times. I am always available for drop in visits and dog walking. prices fluctuate due to various factors but the main ones these days are gas prices and distance of travel. I.e The farther away you are the more likely there is that a added fee will occur before confirmation of service. I provide pet care in services full-time as of November 2021. I am available at any time if you need me. i'm currently available for the following services: housesitting, pet boarding, drop in visit, dog walking for 30 minutes or 60 minutes, and one on one dog training. if your dog is with me, I live in a neighborhood that is very dog friendly. We have two dog parks and I am often at these dog parks at least once a day. However if you have a dog that is not comfortable with that I would not take them there. I would focus on other activities that are more suited to your pet. I also take a lot of pictures and I am constantly in contact with you so you don't have to worry where or what we're doing. I currently work as a therapist with an office in the Madison area, right next to the plow and hearth. My schedule is pretty flexible and it changes weekly as my client needs change. I am almost always around, that makes me a great person for any last minute bookings needed. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. In my home, I provide a calm, pet-friendly environment with plenty of affection, daily walks, and playtime tailored to your pet’s needs. I keep the space clean, secure, and low-stress, with my own well-behaved dog Daisy as a companion if your pet is comfortable. When staying in your home, I’m respectful of your space and your pet’s routine. I follow all instructions closely, maintain regular updates, and work to ensure your pet feels safe and cared for in their familiar environment. I aim to build trust with both pets and their people every step of the way.

About: I have been taking care of friends, family members animals for over 2 years now while attending college. I love giving care to their furry friends while they are away. Having animals myself I understand the need to have a trustworthy caretaker while away! I look forward to become your pets new friend! I currently work 30/32 hours a week usually during the early mornings or mid afternoons. I have usually offered early morning walks or evening walks to those in need! I am able to do overnights as well, but always check to make sure the animals will be okay while I work! I have always tried to take care of the pets in the exact way the client has asked. I am able to sit in during meals, stay to get energy out, or even squirrel watch! I always try to make the animals stay in the routine that they have known!

About: I have 3 adopted best friends. I have experience with dogs of all different ages and temperaments. I love going for walks and hikes with my pups. I work full time in healthcare which makes me unavailable 3 days a week. My schedule varies week to week but I am more than happy to help you on my off days. I have a fenced in yard that my 3 furry friends love to run around and play. My senior dog gets multiple walks a day. Dogs are allowed on all of my furniture but will follow any house rules provided.

About: I have loved dogs since I was a kid! I recently have been working as a nanny and that has involved light care for pets as well, my current duties are walking the two dogs and feeding them treats and filling water bowls. I am very loving and caring. My previous job involved feeding and letting the pup out in the back yard to play and to help keep track of certain habits due to the dog having food allergies. I am so fond of animals as a whole that my future goal is to buy a house with lots of land and do free lance dog boarding! I would love to help your family with your pet’s needs! About: I have had dogs and cats all my life. I grew up on a farm and have always loved animals. My girls Piper, Ella and Shelby are my world. I love these dogs like they are children. They are spoiled I will admit. I also have taken care of my friends dogs for years while they have been out of town and my house as "Aunt Paige's Doggie Camp" All my dogs I have brought up from puppies. I have house trained them, crate trained them and trained them on the invisible fence for the yard. They always get lots of love and have lots of toys to play with, both inside and outside. I work from home, so I'm always here to take them out and take care of them. My dogs are always outside when it's not too hot or the weather is bad. I live on a quite street which ends in a cul-da-sak. So I will walk them at least 2 times a day The most important thing is they must get along with other dogs. I have a invisible fence in my yard and can certainly put your dog on it if they are trained on one. Otherwise I will go out with them and walk them. If they are well trained and can be lose a return on command they can play in the yard with my girls.

About: I have a large family dog that I have been responsible for since I was about 10 years old. She has since gotten older so I have experience with a senior dog and giving any sorts of medication (and the peanut butter necessary to get her to take it). I am no stranger to having to clean up any accidents in the house so that is a non-issue for me. I am also open to taking care of other animals like rodents or turtles or other cage creatures. I am a true and passionate animal lover! My schedule is very flexible at the moment. I am happy to give as much or little time needed for the pets. I can figure out any scheduling and details necessary with clients. I am never loud coming into a home. I always let the pets come to me unless they are hiding on purpose. I take care instructions very seriously and will follow everything exactly and will reach out if I have questions about the best way I can care for your fur friend.
