About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life, both large and small. During that time, I’ve cared for puppies, rescue dogs that have been adopted, foster dogs for a short term, and dogs with special considerations: including lower half paralysis and deafness. About: I’ve always had animals in my younger life from cats to dogs, and even though I only have a cat I continue to love dogs. My current housing situation allows me to share dog sitting and caring of his clients dogs (ages 9 months to 14 years) for the last ten years. Since then I have asked my neighbors for tending to the needs of their dogs be it from a 5 mile walk on and off leash to a 100 yard potty break in addition to giving medications. My house has hardwood floors on the first floor throughout access to the carpeted lower level is through a door. The dog would have free range of the house while we were at home and unless he/she is accustomed to be crated.

“Heather did an amazing job with my rescue girl. I was a nervous wreck leaving her but had to travel for work. My girl settled right in and I got the cutest updates. Heather knows how to deal with my quirky dork of a pup. She was patient with her and made her feel like she was home. My girl is tired and happy. I will definitely use Heather in the future for my boarding needs.”
“Bella had a great time while we were out of town. She loved exploring their fenced back yard and she was always supervised by either Michael or Pam. We wanted Bella to stay with someone who is home during the day because that is what she is used to with us. We were happy to find them since Pam is at home every day. We were able to enjoy our trip knowing Bella was in good hands. I highly recommend them!”

“Alexandra and Logan were wonderful with my (sometimes overly) curious terrier, Eddie! I am always concerned about Eddie escaping to chase an animal, and they took my concerns seriously and took steps to ensure that wouldn't happen. Their fence setup was great too - the fenced-in yard wraps all the way around the house, so even if a dog slipped out of the house, they would still be in the yard. On top of that, they sent lots of pictures and were so kind to Eddie. He didn't want to leave!”

“Heather did a wonderful job sitting for my dogs!! I’ve never boarded my 3 1/2 year old standard poodle (Charlie) and I was having severe separation anxiety. Heather sent multiple photos every day and commented on how they were doing and how much they ate at breakfast and dinner. My dogs looked like they were on vacation and I swear, in one of the photos it looks like Charlie is smiling as he’s leaping through the air! They slept like babies once we got home. I’m excited that I have found a sitter who I can trust with my pups and I feel comfortable leaving them overnight now. I highly recommend Heather as she provides the same quality of care, fun outside time and love that I provide for my pups.”
