About: Hi! For many years, I was a Fear Free Certified veterinary assistant in Charlottesville, VA. I also have experience as a dog kennel manager, farm assistant & animal rescue volunteer/advocate. During my 10 years of petsitting work, i’ve learned how to make your pets as stress free as possible while your away. Petsitting is currently my full time job! I am currently a part time student and in my off I go on walks and play with my own dog at home. I also go to dog parks to play with my two dogs. About: I have had pets since I was a child. I have always owned a dog. Neighbors, friends and family have called on me frequently to care for their pet. I take Flash with me every where I can and when I can’t I want him well taken care of. I love to help people enjoy their time away by giving their pet the best care possible. I work part time. About: I have loved dogs since I was a kid! I recently have been working as a nanny and that has involved light care for pets as well, my current duties are walking the two dogs and feeding them treats and filling water bowls. I am very loving and caring. My previous job involved feeding and letting the pup out in the back yard to play and to help keep track of certain habits due to the dog having food allergies. About: Though I'm new to Rover, I've been pet-sitting for neighbors and friends for 10+ years! I've taken care of dogs, cats, llamas, goats, and more. I've lived my whole life with dogs and cats of all ages, so I'm familiar with puppy/kitten and senior care. I know how to give medications including oral, topical, and injectable. I have been a veterinary assistant for 4+ years and am comfortable medicating our furry friends. I've previously trained a deaf puppy for a neighbor. By the end of our time working together the dog had confidently learned sit, lie down, rollover and fetch via hand cues.
