“Our first time using Rover and we are very pleased! Alicia & Dillon were very professional and reliable. Our shihpoo Luna is very attached to me and she did extremely well in Alicia’s care. I also received pics everyday. Will be booking again!”

“Now I understand why the reviews are amazing about Ro! She is really something special! She kept me updated on Kirby. She has a way of keeping people calm leaving their 4 legged family members while out of town. I had no worries while out of town. She also sent updates with photos of him with his new friends.”

“Danielle recently boarded Bernie, our big sweet hound dog, for a week. We have never had anyone outside of family care for him before, so we were nervous about his experience in a new place with a new person. We are so grateful and feel tremendously blessed that our paths crossed with Danielle. She provided exceptional service to us as pet parents and there is no doubt Bernie was treated like family with Danielle. Danielle was friendly, polite, and professional in our interactions and readily answered any questions we sent her way. She provided regular communication and updates on Bernie during his 7-day stay. It was so easy to enjoy our vacation knowing Bernie was receiving plenty of attention, affection, and love from a compassionate, caring, and highly qualified professional. We absolutely and wholeheartedly recommend Danielle to anyone seeking quality and exemplary care for their pets. We thoroughly look forward to working with Danielle again in the future!”

“I booked for 3 days and had to extend for one more day in the last minute. She immediately accepted the request and showed a lot understanding. She is very flexible with the pick up and drop of time. She made it as comfortable as possible for us and for both dogs we left with her. As in the past days she kept updating us with pictures and what they have been doing during the day. I’m happy I chose Katie and recommend her!!”

“I unexpectedly got into a car crash the day before my booking with Joaquin. He was gracious enough to pick Latte up since I didn’t have transportation. I’m so grateful for his kindness! Everytime I pick up Latte she’s tired and sleeps through the entire night which is great. As long as he is on Rover, I will continue to book with him! You should too.”

“This is our second time using Anna for our two dogs and both times have been a positive experience! She’s accommodating to their medications and other needs and responsive with updates! When we pick them up, they seem happy and are not eager to leave her house which tells us they enjoy it there! Would recommend!”

“Thank you June for taking such great care of my two pups. You made me and them feel at ease as soon as we walked that the door. I especially enjoyed the pics and videos to let me know how they are doing.”

“Dave and Michele took excellent care of my Ryker. I got pictures of him being cuddled and it gave me such peace of mind knowing he was safe and being loved on.”

“We have continued to use Vicky multiple times for our senior dog, Rusty. She and her husband do a great job. She communicates throughout the time she has him and sends pics regularly. She always seems to be patient and understanding of Rusty’s needs (hard of hearing, wears diapers, takes meds). Her granddaughter is an added bonus because she is always happy to see Rusty and gives him lots of loves❤️”

“Amy & John took such good care of our two dogs, boarding them for nearly a week while we traveled. I was so appreciative and relieved they would consider us, as our young dog, River, is always curious and has a pretty strong prey drive. I wondered if he would be suited to life on their farm. Our other guy, Colton, is 15 and has significant arthritis. These two could not have more different needs at this point. Amy and John have a beautiful farm, two special rescued dogs, Bruno & Pork Chop, cattle, chickens, even emu. This would be a new experience for both our guys! Generally we spend a great deal of time with them off leash walking our family farms, but this would be a new property and boundaries without fencing. At our meet and greet it was clear Amy and John are special people. We admired them right away! They are very experienced, and were aptly methodical about the introduction of all the dogs and their other farm animals. Their confidence that this could work for all parties involved was reassuring. Amy and John went above and beyond, very kind to take our dogs a day earlier than planned with short notice, and welcomed our daughter, also new to them, who transported the dogs for us. They were excellent at communicating, sending us updates, pictures, and videos, even though we’d told them this was not necessary, as keeping up with River, his energy and curiosities, we knew could be a full time job in and of itself. But it gave us great peace of mind hearing early on that all was going well and there were no issues. Because of Amy & John’s care, patience, and diligence, after a full day with them we received the following, “..Bruno and River have become fast friends, running circles and playing hide and seek in the woods like wild things! We’re not using the leashes at all as we walk in the woods. River’s been absolutely perfect about coming back when we call him.” And I got the biggest kick out of, “I just got back from a walk with all four dogs, Pork Chop and Colton waddling behind me and River and Bruno having a blast playing chase.” Along with a picture Amy sent of River with his head poking through from behind her knees (as crazy as it sounds), something he humors only us with here at home, we KNEW both our guys felt comfortable, were happy and very much cared for. I could not imagine a more perfect scenario for our dogs. Now back at home, we can definitely sense they are missing Amy, John, Bruno, Pork Chop, and daily life on their farm. I’d love to arrange a play date to help with this, and I KNOW precisely what River and Colton’s reactions will be once we approach their farm. It’s clear this is a family that loves animals and cares so much for the well-being of all they have rescued and assumed responsibility for. They are kind, exceptional, hard-working individuals, and we feel so fortunate to have met them and to have our dogs cared for by them. This is who we will turn to any time we need care and boarding for our dogs!”

“Sagan loves staying with Judith! Every time I drop him off he walks away from me, so I know he’s super comfortable at her place. She always sends me pictures and updates. I especially love the pictures of him sunbathing and living his best life.”

“Megan was great. She agreed to take Hank on short notice, then agreed to keep him an extra day when our schedule changed. She is friendly and capable, was very detailed about what his day would look like, and kept in touch while we were away. Hank watched her as she drove away after drop off like he wished he was going home with her. Will definitely book with Megan again.”

“Bella had a wonderful week-long stay with Heather. Heather was great about having a meet & greet beforehand and was very accommodating about having our adult son pick-up Bella before we returned to town. I love that Heather only takes one client at a time, has a huge fenced yard for play and took Bella on the daily walks she's accustomed to. Many thanks for loving our girl, Heather!”

“Sharon was absolutely amazing! I was getting married nearby and she watched my pup which made the whole thing possible. Her property is perfect, she has a huge fenced in paddock that Shadow loved. She sent tons of photos and videos! I feel like Shadow was well taken care of and I'd definitely book again.”

“Tammy is a wonderful person. She was very accommodating in terms of pick up and delivery. I am so grateful for the PUpdates she sent via Whatsapp that showed me Jordan felt right at home. I would absolutely recommend Tammy to anyone who needs a petsitter. I hope to see her again, even if Jordan doesn't need a sitter. I had a less than great experience with Rover's policies. I booked Tammy over a month in advance and intended to pay much closer to the trip. That was agreed on with Tammy. I was dismayed by persistent demands to pay the full amount before I had it available. In fact, Rover canceled my reservation and Tammy had to reorder it. If client and sitter agree to a payment arrangement that is paid before the date of service, Rover needs to back off constant payment demands. I found it confusing and annoying. However, I cannot speak highly enough about Tammy's friendliness and professionalism.”

“Candice is great. She was easy to communicate with and updated us daily with our puppy's adventure and included pictures. She followed our feeding schedule and offered some suggestions as we continue to train our 14 week old bundle of mischief. I recommend Candice and plan on having her watch out furry family member again.”

“Our dogs were very happy at Erin’s and came back looking and acting great. We can’t wait for them to stay at Erin’s again. Erin really listened to Wach dogs needs and quirks and this made leaving them with her a huge relief.”
