She spent time getting to know our dog, Joe, who is a very submissive and timid dog to begin with. I received daily photos and updates of Joe the entire vacation, which put both my heart and mind at ease. Joe is a small, anxious dog, that shakes constantly. When we arrived to pick up Joe, he was at complete ease, no shaking, and after greeting us even we returned, he willingly ran right back to Vicky to give her a last hug and kiss, until next time. Morgan was absolutely amazing. We had a last minute booking due to our previous sitter passing away, and she was so great. Our dogs absolutely loved her and she took great care of them. Even went as far as to dress them up for the 4th of July when were out of town. Morgan is extremely professional and we will defintely be using her again in the future.
We felt at ease as soon as we met Morgann. She is very knowledgeable and it shows she has experience. It was out first time boarding our dog and she set the bar high! We got pics and updates throughout her stay. We picked Shelby up and before leaving she went to Morgann and gave her love on her own showing us she had been well taken care of. She will be our first call anytime we need leave Shelby in the future.
Morgann seemed like a good fit for my 7m Boxer puppy, especially because of her background. When I checked in, she was responsive and seemed to enjoy his company. He had a fun time playing in the pool and socializing with her dogs and she sent pics prior to pickup. Even bathed him! Would use her again!
