We felt at ease as soon as we met Morgann. She is very knowledgeable and it shows she has experience. It was out first time boarding our dog and she set the bar high! We got pics and updates throughout her stay. We picked Shelby up and before leaving she went to Morgann and gave her love on her own showing us she had been well taken care of. She will be our first call anytime we need leave Shelby in the future.
Taylor was amazing! This was my first time having someone outside of family watch my dog and I am so glad that I found Taylor! She made sure that not only my dog was comfortable, but I was comfortable with the whole boarding process. She sent me pictures and videos daily of my dog having a blast!
