“We cannot speak highly enough about Madison. She was so thorough and did everything we asked exactly as we asked her to. Excellent communication and always right on time. It is such a relief to know our babies are in good hands when we have to be away. We’d give her 10 🌟 if we could.”

“Ashley was amazing. She kept me informed on the boys and sent some amazing pictures and a video of them playing. Will definitely keep her in mine for our next trip. Highly recommend!!!”

About: Animals have always been part of my life, and caring for them has never felt like a job—it genuinely brings me joy. As a pet owner myself, I know how nerve-racking it can be to leave your furry family member with someone else. My goal is to give you complete peace of mind by treating your pets with the same love, patience, and attention I give my own. Whether it’s long walks, playtime, medication, cuddles, or simply keeping their routine consistent, I’ll make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. I’ll also keep you updated with plenty of photos and messages so you always know how they’re doing. Pet care fits naturally into my routine because I have a flexible schedule that allows me to be dependable and attentive to each pet’s needs. Whether your pet needs a quick potty break, a long walk, playtime, or overnight care, I’m committed to keeping their routine consistent and making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. I also provide regular photo and text updates so you can have peace of mind. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. As a pet owner myself, I understand that every animal has unique routines, personalities, and needs. I’ll carefully follow your instructions, respect your home, and make sure your pet receives plenty of love, attention, exercise, and patience. Whether caring for pets in my home or yours, I strive to create a calm, safe environment where they can feel comfortable and secure. You’ll also receive regular updates and photos so you always know how your furry family member is doing.
About: I’ve had dogs (&cats) for as long as I can remember. I adore animals and promise to provide the best care to them and your home! I have a very open schedule at the moment and I’m very “go with the flow”. I’m willing to make accommodations or changes as needed that will give us both the best experience. I’m always mindful of owners requests and requirements of care while also prioritizing your pets safety and comfort while in my care. I treat my own pets with love and respect and will do the same for anyone else’s.
“Our first week with Katelynn was great! She is very communicative. I’m so thankful she’s been comfortable dealing with the occasional puppy-nado that is Cash. Highly recommend!”

About: I’ve always had a soft spot for animals. I grew up with many dogs and started pet sitting for family members and friends once I was able to drive. I tend to bring pet treats (usually raw diet) and/or toys to soften the fur babies up so please let me know any dietary restrictions. I’m excited to become your pets new furry godmother and spoil your best friend as they so rightfully deserve. I usually work from 5am -1pm everyday except Wednesdays and Saturdays. My schedule is typically empty after 2 as I can squeeze in the gym at anytime. If you would like an early morning drop in I ask to know before 1pm the day prior I can deter pets away from areas you don’t want them in. I can crate them per request or put them in a preferred room with toys and favorite items to keep them entertained
About: I’m a father of a 5 year old girl, been married for 9 years and I have dog experience for more than 18 years. I’m a guy who loves takes care of dogs and acts like they’re my people friends. I am someone who people would love to have as a dog walker and sitter. I have a full time job that has a lot of customer service skills to involve. I think dogs should have the same rights as humans. I also know a lot about walking them. Feeding them and giving medicine isn’t hard for me either. I like to watch dogs and run with them because it’s fun I also won’t forget because of the exercise you get with them I work morning usually through after noon so I can do stuff Friday Saturday or Sunday. I have a full time job so my time goes all in to that I care for the dogs needs just as I do my child. I feed her and play with her. Also make sure she gets the attention she needs
About: I have grown up always having a pet in the house so I very quickly found a love for animals, specifically dogs. I understand that dogs can differ in personality and I have a good idea on how to deal with certain behaviors, especially being a pet owner myself. P.S. I had to leave my fur baby while away at school so I would love to take care of yours! I'm currently working part-time as well as attending The University of Alabama at Birmingham but I will have plenty of time for your fur babies! I will be providing services primarily in the mornings as that is what works best for my schedule. I will be available between the hours of 6am-11am. I am focusing on dog-walking but I will occasionally provide drop in services as well, so I will follow any instructions I am given regarding caring for a pet in the client's home.
“Kayla took exceptionally great care of our cat this week! Sent updates with pictures at each visit. We’ve already rebooked her for cat care during our next trip! Would definitely recommend 💗”

“Chase was incredible! We received several photos daily and he made us feel comfortable leaving Ellie for a long period. I definitely recommend and we will be using him again! Thank you, Chase!”

About: I truly love spending time with animals and understand that every pet has their own personality and needs. I currently have a 10-month-old Pit Bull Terrier, Lily, so I have daily experience with young pup energy, leash walks, playtime, and positive reinforcement. I also cared for my 16-year-old Maltese, which taught me the patience and gentleness senior pets need. I'm attentive, dependable, and committed to making pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their families are away. Whether your dog loves walks, playtime, cuddles, or quiet company, I'll make sure they get the care and attention they deserve. I know how important it is to trust someone with a beloved pet, and I'll treat yours with the same kindness and attention as I would my very own! Pet care is already a natural part of my daily routine. I care for my own puppy every day, so walks, feeding, playtime, and plenty of love are already built into my schedule. I'm happy to plan my day around each pet's routine to help them feel comfortable and cared for. I follow each pet's normal routine as closely as possible to help them feel safe and comfortable. I'll provide fresh food and water, walks, potty breaks, medication if needed, and lots of love and attention. I also keep owners updated with photos and messages so they can relax knowing their pet is in good hands. My goal is to care for every pet as if they were my own.
“Can’t thank Brittaney enough! Available on short notice and took great care of our girls, even cleaned up a mess they made and went looking for our little one who likes to hide. Thank you so much!!”

Frequently asked questions about Rover
As of September 2026, there are 316 sitters on Rover offering Cat Sitting across Springville. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.
Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.
House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Springville. On Rover:
- 96% of sitters can help with special care needs
- 100% can help with giving oral medications or injections
- 100% can help with daily exercise
You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
