About: I'm Anthony. I am a native Jersey Boy and I love animals (especially dogs). I currently do not have a dog. I am in the process of applying to volunteer at a local animal shelter, and have decided to also sign up for Rover to [word] my love for animals. I grew up with both small (yorkies, Maltese's, silkies, and Pomeranians) and large dogs (Boxers). I am particularly fond of small lap dogs and I have owned 3 Pomeranians myself (Bear, Lionel, & Samson!). I am a very responsible pet-owner and sitter who works remotely at a large hospital in NYC. My experience with small dogs is extensive. I've had no problem waking up in the middle of the night raising my puppies and feeding them to prevent hypoglycemia. I've also trained dogs to use both pee pads and to go potty outdoors (a feat that was very impressive to several Veterinarians!). And, as a marathoner, I enjoy walking, jogging, and running with all dogs or an energetic play session in my apartment. Additionally, as a previous owner of pure-bred dogs, I am familiar with breed specific medical conditions and as a healthcare worker am well equipped to administer medication and monitor health concerns and/or issues. For larger dogs, as I am a runner, I enjoy tiring them out (if okay with the owner). I grew up leash training out boxers to jog alongside me. I lead a very active lifestyle, and am a fan of including dogs in the lifestyle (if okay with the owner). As Westfield is a very walkable city, I enjoy taking doggos to coffee shops or dinner al fresco. I work from home 100%. I am a Manager for an NYC Hospital and work 9am - 5pm. I am very active (early morning runs, late evening runs) and am well-equipped to tend and care for dogs with my full attention. We live in an apartment with no other pets and we are fine accommodating your dog's permanent home environment and routine. We have a crate and dog gates.

About: I’ve been an animal lover since birth and my mom always says my true calling was being a veterinarian. From dogs, cats, bunnies, guinea pigs, birds, geckos, you name it, I’ve raised them. I currently am a mom to 2 rescue cats who are both 7 years old. I would love to adopt a dog again but with my cats it would be impossible so I would love the opportunity to interact with puppies/dogs again! I currently work full time 9-6 Monday through Thursday so I am free anytime after 6pm Monday-Thursdays. I am also free on Friday mornings before 1pm! Both of the cats in my home roam freely therefore I unfortunately would not be able to do any pet sitting inside of my home.

About: As a hard working physician assistant student I bring the same kindness, attentiveness, love, and care to your pets as I do to my patients. I am in my clinical year of PA school which allows me to have flexible hours and the ability to care for my pet and yours too. I have a comfortable home where your pet can hang out and play with my pet, and a nice yard where they can explore together.

About: Hi, my name is Isabel. I am an animal lover providing pet sitting, dog walking, and pet visits to your furry or feathery friends! I am very experienced with animals. I have had every pet you could possibly imagine, from dogs to parrots. My passion has grown stronger and stronger throughout my life, creating bonds with my clients and own pets. It has grown so strong as to create a future for me. I plan to pursue my dream career and fulfill my passion for animals by studying to become a veterinarian. I have always wanted this and never had a doubt in the world about working with animals in my future career. I know that I am greatly equipped and awesome for this position. This is not a job for me, but rather an opportunity to create bonds, share my passion, and reach my goals.

“Bianca is always a pleasure to work with, my Nipsey loves her. There were some occasions when I needed her last minute and she’s been available to us. That is much appreciated. Thank you so much Bianca for caring for Nipsey he loves you.”

“Alissa was great with Ellie! She sent several pictures during her check-ins and reported back on what Ellie did during her check-in. Would definitely recommend to others.”

About: With 6+ years of experience, from doggy daycare to personal pet sitting, I provide expert, loving care- currently training as a Veterinary Technician for exceptional service. I’m currently working part-time at a doggy daycare and boarding facility, so I’m looking for things to do during the gaps of time I have between shifts. I was raised to treat others belongings as you would want them to treat yours. I would treat your pup as if they were my own.

About: Hey there! I want the best for your pets! When you can’t be there to care for them, I’m the extra hand you need to carry out their care just the way you’d like it. I have experience with reactive dogs, puppies, senior dogs, blind dogs, you name it! If your pup has specific care needs, I can assist while you’re away. I do have a dog of my own so if your dog needs a playmate, let me know! If you need house-sitting, Meelo would be coming along with me. He is a 23-lb shih-tzu/poodle mix and well-trained! If you read this far, message me for house-sitting at a discounted rate! I’m currently a student at Kean University and I have an on-campus job as well. During breaks and between classes, I’d love to care for your pup! Your pet’s comfort is of the utmost importance to me. You, the owner, know best about their care and with your help, I can love on your pets with a routine that’s familiar to them and within their boundaries. Also seeing as I may be in your home, I’m very sensitive to a client’s boundaries and will always check in for permission for things around the house.

About: I love animals and I've been fortunate enough to have had fish as pets. The love and care I gave them has stayed with me for years. I have not had a dog of my own yet, however that didnt stop me from playing with and caring for every pet that I possibly could. I often visit my friends just to play with their pets. I have experience mostly with (but not limited to) dogs, as well as cats, fish, and birds. I am comfortable walking, feeding, playing with and caring for your pets. I am trust-worthy and commited to providing your pets with unconditional love, support, and anything they may need, while maintaining the discipline and spontaneity they have grown to love from you. I am an excited young woman with a moderately flexible schedule and I look forward to caring for, playing with, and spending time with your beloved pets! NOTE: Overnight services are completed with a partner; ID and other information for verification and the comfort of clients and pets can be provided upon request.

About: I’ve spent years caring for dogs of all ages, breeds, and personalities—whether that’s keeping up with an energetic puppy who wants to explore everything or providing gentle, attentive care for a senior dog who just wants extra snuggles. What sets me apart? I bring the patience, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills I use as a flight attendant into pet care. I’m trained to stay calm in any situation, follow routines exactly, and notice when something seems “off” so I can address it quickly. I’m comfortable with: Administering oral medications Managing leash-pulling and high-energy walks Keeping anxious pets calm when their humans are away Tailoring exercise and playtime to each dog’s needs Every dog I care for gets my full attention, plenty of affection, and a safe, happy experience—because they’re not just pets, they’re family. When I’m not flying, I’m home and have plenty of time for walks, drop-ins, and overnight care. My flight schedule is flexible and planned in advance, so I can commit to bookings with confidence and give your pet my full attention when I’m in town. On days I’m available, I can do: Morning, midday, and evening walks Multiple drop-in visits Overnight stays for pets who need extra comfort I make sure my pet care time is truly pet care time—no rushing, no distractions, just walks, play, and attention tailored to your dog’s needs. Whether I’m in your home or walking your dog, safety is my top priority. I follow your pet’s routine exactly as you outline it—feeding schedules, walk routes, and any special instructions—so they feel comfortable and secure. During walks, I use secure leashes/harnesses, stay alert to surroundings, and avoid risky situations like off-leash encounters with unfamiliar dogs. For pets that need extra care (puppies, seniors, or those with medical needs), I give close attention and plenty of patience. If I’m in your home, I treat it with the same respect I would my own. I leave everything as I found it, lock up carefully, and keep you updated with photos and messages so you can feel confident while you’re away. Bottom line: Your pet’s well-being and your peace of mind come first.

“Rebecca is super communicative and thorough with her visits, she was able to provide some nice photos ensuring that peace of mind we all want while away from our pets and home. 10/10 would book again!”

About: Growing up I have helped take care of pets in my neighborhood and family with walking dogs and even caring for cats like my own! I am currently in college but I have multiple free days plus weekends where I am entirely free! I can also easily make time if needed. I brush them, clean them, cut their nails, take them on walks and clean litter. As long as I’m given a task, I will get it done.

“Kyesha is a wonderful and responsible person that would be a great addition to any animal caregiving organization. Having first hand witnessed how adept she is with my dogs (Pearls and Blu), I trust her with anyone else's dog. She enjoys playing wit, and genuinely loves being around them. she enjoys getting to know a dog and earning their trust. Pearls my medium size Pit/Lab mix like to follow her around my home, while Blu my small Chiwawa Shih Tzu mix likes to jump on and jump off her lap to play.
