About: I’ve owned both cats and dogs my whole life, and more recently I’ve owned chickens as well. Starting with cats, I’ve fed and cleaned up after the ones we’ve owned, as well as taken care of the cats and kittens we fostered over the years. I’ve bottle fed them, helped give vaccines, and everything else in between when it comes to raising and taking care of them. I have also helped pet sit many of our neighbors as well as friends cats over the years. We have also owned several dogs, and I have tons of experience with walking and feeding them. We currently own 3; 2 small dogs and 1 big dog, so I have learned how to take care of many sizes of dog. Like with cats, I’ve also walked and fed my neighbors dogs many times when they’ve gone out of town. Lastly, we’ve raised more chickens than I can count in the past 7ish years, and I’ve taken care of chicks we got from breeders, as well as chicks born from our own hens and roosters. All of our chickens free range and are egg layers, so I treat them like any other pet and not like livestock. I have experience feeding them, fending off hawks and other predators, putting them to bed every night, as well as animal-proofing the coops themselves. For almost my whole life, I’ve helped feed our cats and scooped their litter just about every day. I also walk and feed each of our dogs throughout the day. Finally, I feed and put up our chickens many times throughout each week. I follow any instructions my clients may have and can cater to their pets needs. I love on and treat others pets the same way I would with my own, and have done so for neighbors, family, friends, as well as many others.
About: As someone who is hardworking and detail-oriented, I feel that I am up to the task of caring for all kinds of pets. From a young age I've worked with dogs, cats, small rodents, and even horses! Some even call me the "animal whisperer." Grooming, walking, playing, feeding, providing fresh water regularly, giving medication orally or with food, overnight stays, and cleaning up after animals are some of the tasks I've performed throughout my time caring for these beloved fur friends. I'm free every day of the week, preferably any time after 10 AM but also willing to negotiate times of care that fits both you and your pet's needs! I make sure to respect other's property and belongings when housesitting or petsitting for pet parents. Keeping spaces clean, tidy, and how I found it is something I find to be important when given the trust of others to be in their spaces. I'm always willing to learn and adapt to your pet's needs, environment, and behaviors.
About: I grew up alongside many beloved labradors and English setters, as well as taken care of various other breeds for family and friends. About: I have grown up with dogs, specifically pit bulls and Shepard mixes. I have personally trained some of those dogs via training classes and personal information. I have dog sat for friends and family in the past, both overnight and for a few hours. I have experience with all dogs big and small! I can’t wait to meet you and your pups! I am a student that’s off for summer break! I am completely available at this time whenever you need me to take care of your fur baby! I am very flexible! About: I grew up with pets which ranged from dogs to cats to chickens to a horse. I currently have a 8 year old Boxer and 1 year old cat who I rescued from a shelter! I would love to have a goat farm one day and be able to do goat yoga. I enjoy being around all pets, especially dogs. I think that all animals are special and deserve to be treated with lots of love. As a pet sitter/walker, I can come visit with your pet to provide food/water, playtime, walks, any other care that is needed to support your pet(s)/family and provide lots of love! About: Growing up, I had always been very involved in the care of our family pets which made my love for all animals so strong from a young age. I have two dogs, a cat, and 7 reptiles:) I have watched pets on many occasions for my family, the families I nannied for, family friends, and clients from Rover. Class Schedule Mon:9:30-4 Tues: 12:30-5:30 Wed: Same as Mon Thurs: 12:30-2 Fri: 9:30-12 I would love to find a regular client whom I can dog walk/sit for on a regular basis but I am also interested in any short term dog care requests that you may have if comfortable with my schedule. I’m great at following instructions and will take care of your pup as if they were my own! I understand that each pet is different and will cater to the needs of each of your pets.
About: I had the wonderful opportunity to have pets (the majority being doggos) since I was four! I truly just love being around animals! I sadly can’t have any animals in my residence now hence why I am here, I do want to say that I will do my very best to make sure any pets are well taken care of and loved when I am pet sitting! I am looking forward to future opportunities!! As of right now my schedule is pretty open, especially with summer coming up. Mornings especially but, we can always speak further about that when figuring outs dates that are needed for sitting. As of right now, when I visit back home to see my mom I help her with our two dogs, Sandra and Zeus. I also help out with our chicks. Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
