About: Hello! I am a dog lover through and through, as I’ve spent much of my life caring for my own pups and dog sitting for friends and family. I also worked at a doggy daycare for a little over a year, where I was responsible for managing large groups of dogs. We regularly fed, trained, and administered a variety of meds to the dogs in our care. I had the opportunity to work with many different dogs as well, from senior dogs with special needs to young, energetic puppies of all sizes! I have always been extremely passionate about understanding dog behaviors so that I can provide the best care for every pup :) I have a lot of time throughout the week to care for your pups! I’m available Mon-Fri and I can be flexible regarding timing. Most weekends are open for me as well—just communicate what is needed and I will try my best to make myself available :) I always provide a safe, comfortable environment at your home while sticking to a structured routine of potties, feeding, and/or any medication needs. I’ll do my best to ensure your pet feels relaxed and confident while you’re away!

About: Welcome to my profile! I grew up with a wide variety of pets, so I truly understand how each one has their own unique personality. I know how deserving of love every animal is, and I will do everything in my power to make your pets happy. I treat your pets as my own, while also understanding the need to accommodate to every pet's individual quirks and needs. I recently lost one of my pups to cancer, and because of this, I am really yearning for some more furry friends to meet. Maybe your pet can be my next friend! I recently lost my job, so I currently have a very open schedule! I do have a couple of established clients outside of Rover, but my schedule is still very flexible. I live in a condo-style apartment, so although I do not have a yard, I go on many walks each day- whether around my neighborhood or by driving to a park or beach. I also live just down the street from a dog park, for pups who enjoy socialization and time off-leash. Additionally, I have a patio space for pups who enjoy hanging out al fresco when the weather allows. My own pup is a bit of an escape artist, so I am extra careful with doors, gates, and secure leashing practices. I am also aware of how curious dogs can be, so in my home you can be sure of a safe environment where there are no dangers within a dog's reach (or jump). Not only do I treat your pets with love and respect, but I treat your home with the same care. You can be sure I will keep things neat and tidy, and always make an effort to leave a space cleaner than I found it. No matter the service or location, every animal deserves to feel safe, cared for, and loved. I assure you that I put all my energy into caring for your pets, and I will always treat them as I do my own.

About: I’m 24 and have worked with over 5 animal shelters and have pet sit for many friends and family over the last 10 years. I’m familiar with providing medications and attention to older animals. I have done all kinds of visits and just want to help fellow animal parents in need. I have one pup at my apartment, his name is Eddie and he’s a wiener dog and beagle mix. There’s a park in very close walking distance for exercise. There are stairs for my apartment so if your dog is too big for me to carry up it may be uncomfortable for older animals. I hope to train and help animals for a living someday and I’d love to play with yours. Willing to fulfill special requests.

About: I have plenty of experience caring for dogs. I previously trained and raised a puppy of my own. Unfortunately he is no longer with me, and now I get my dog fix by watching them for friends and family. I’d love to care for your pet! Boarding dogs must be kid friendly as I have a dog loving 1.5y/o. I have no other pets in the home at this time. My work schedule is super flexible, so even if a day is marked unavailable for drop in or walks, send me a message I might be able to make something work! I work from home majority of the time and am able to give lots of attention and love to your pets. I would be available for boarding most any time. I have a private entry apartment, with a small unfenced grass area by the porch for potty breaks. I live across from Humboldt park and go daily for walks and for my son to play and we would love to take your dog to play fetch or for a nice long walk! About: I’ve had pets my whole life, so I understand how stressful it can be to find someone to take care of your pets while you’re away or even just gone for the day at work. Our pets are the whole world to us so it’s important you find someone you trust. I hope that once you get to know me I can be that person for you! I have over 13 years experience as I have been around animals my whole life. I love learning their little personalities the things they love whether it’s going for a walk and they have a specific fire hydrant they always stop at or a specific toy at home they always love to play with. Currently I have a cat named Stella who has provided me lots of experience in anxious cats as well as in tricks on giving medication. I am currently a substitute teacher with the summer off so I can provide pop in visits throughout the week as well as the weekends! Safety of pets is my number one priority with your pets as well as my own. I will always care for your pet like they are my own when I am with them to ensure they have adequate care. I will get to know your pet and notice when things may seem off if they aren’t feeling well. I also maintain safety when walking with your pet and making sure to learn their temperament before walks as well.

About: I took canine training at the age of 13 and have taken care of dogs on and off since then! I adopted my very own dog (a beautiful beagle Maya!) for the first time almost 3 years ago and have learned a lot more since then. Maya frequents dog parks, day cares, hiking trails and the lake as much as she can. She is very social and does well with other dogs as well as children! I’m comfortable administering medicine as I’ve had to with my pup in the past. I work from home and take my dog out every 4-5 hours for potty breaks and short walks around the block. On weekends when I’m home we visit dog parks and/or dog friendly trails as weather permits but also love to cuddle on the sofa for a good movie marathon! When your pet is in my home, they have free range of every room and furniture, minus the bedroom. My dog is crate trained and sleeps in her crate at night. If your dog prefers to sleep outside of a crate I do have a separate room they can sleep in so they have privacy and don’t have to stress seeing the crate. I will still be able to hear/watch over them from their private room at night!

About: I have 2 1/2years experience with dog care as well as experience with puppies. I can potty train, crate train, basic recall training. Experience in med administration. I'm good with physical activity and cuddle bugs I am available for walks & drop ins after 4pm during the week and anytime on the weekends. When caring for pets in their own environment, I prioritize consistency and respect for their routines and the client’s home. About: Ex restaurant owner turned private chef and animal sitter (what is this life?!). Love meeting all the silly kitties and playful doggies on this app. I have two cats and a pitbull puppy. I specialize in giving insulin if needed, medication/pills, and telling your cat/dog how pretty they are. Very flexible, wide open schedule right now! My schedule was limited to cat visits but now I’m open to pups now that my puppy isn’t as demanding of my time I have two very nice dog friendly cats and just got a puppy. About: I've taken care of a hand full of different types of dogs and cats. I travel often and have become the uncle to multiple friends animals. I've loved doing this as it fits in my schedule. It allows me to get my animal fix and give your animals love and attention while you're gone. I just moved to the Vancouver, WA area looking to make this "home" for awhile. About: I have been taking care of pets my entire life and this has translated to a career in wildlife ecology. I have experience with many different types of animals and have worked with wildlife and volunteered at the Humane Society with the wildlife rehabilitation program. I have two cats and a pet garden snail currently. I really enjoy working with animals and seeing their individual personalities come to life. I think introducing myself and consent is super important when working with animals. I have experience with cats, dogs, birds and some reptiles. I currently work for offleash a local dog adventure club that offers walking services. I have training through fetch find and am cpr/first aid certified. I would love to work with your pup or other pet and help give them the extra support, love and exercise they need. I am working part time and have flexibility with my schedule. I also have a car and can drive to different sides of town if need be. I like to give them space but also be there to provide attention such as pets, snuggles and kisses. I will make sure they get plenty of exercise and potty breaks throughout the day. They just have to be okay with cats, as I have one. I live near a park and the oak leaf trail for outdoor enrichment.
