About: Hi there! My name is Aviva and my husband and I have lived in Boulder for 6 years. I love dogs so much I didn’t make it very long without one for myself and adopted an awesome mutt named (Tom) Brady! Flash forward and we now have a second mutt named Lando (Norris). Throughout high school I trained and took care of my own two rambunctious labs as well as walked multiple neighbors dogs and now continue that in college for certain professors. I love and can handle dogs of all sizes, with most of my experience being from 40-100 pound dogs. I’m am an avid hiker and walker so your dog is in for a workout! Due to my own dogs and services, I have primarily worked with cats in the last year. I have administered medication to both dogs and cats and learned how to take care of all furry friends! With two large and high energy dogs I am very used to accommodating my routine around pets and their needs. I am a graduate student with a flexible schedule around my classes. I am very safe with pets and believe in clear communication with the owner to understand their needs for the home and safety of their pet. Whether that is opening windows during my visit then closing them, crating their dog, or not taking their dog to a dog park if they are not good with others dogs. I have two reactive dogs so I understand how important it is to know a pets needs and communicate it clearly.

About: I have adored animals my entire life. I grew up with a small cockapoo named Zoe who passed away a couple years ago at 16. I adopted my own dog, Teddi, April 2023! Having my own dog has taught me so much about being a loving, hands-on caregiver. In addition to raising Zoe and my new puppy Teddi, I’ve spent many summers rescuing and fostering litters of feral kittens. Living in our home, I focused daily on socializing and caring for these litters until they were ready to be adopted by loving families. I partnered with a local animal shelter not only for the opportunity to help kittens, but also to be part of their dog program. I spent many volunteer hours walking and playing with all different sizes and breeds of dogs while they too waited for adoption. Working with both dogs and cats has helped me become an empathetic and enthusiastic caregiver. I have developed the skills necessary to handle the challenges that different animals may present, and love each one wholeheartedly as they are. My new puppy suffers from some separation anxiety so I am well equipped on how to care for and support dogs who miss their owners. She also has allergies so I also have some experience with how to cater to different food preferences! Friends and family have also depended on me for help with their pet care over the years. I am experienced in walking, bathing, feeding, playing, and all of kinds of care practices. Whatever your pet(s) needs, I’d love to take care of them and treat them with love and attention. Currently, my schedule is open and flexible for pet care. I live in Boulder, have a remote part time job and am taking remote online classes at CU Boulders business school. My days mostly revolve around taking care of my dog Teddi. I have plenty of time for walks, hikes, going to parks, etc… I am excited to care for your kiddo during the day or stay over with him/her as needed in your home. I would also love to have your fur babies in my home. Teddi loves other dogs and would be happy to help host!

About: New to Rover, but long time, dog sitter and walker, I’ve had dogs since I was a kid and have experience with dogs of all ages, including having a great time with my 15 lb terrier, Bartlet! He loves other dogs so if you’re looking for boarding, he will be a great pal. I can't wait to take care of your pup! I work from home and dogs will always have affection and care with regular potty breaks and playtime. While I don't have a fenced yard, I live really close to the dog park if you'd like me to take your pup over there and otherwise regularly take walks through our neighborhood. My home is full of toys and dogs who stay over get regular walks, treats, and cuddles. If your dog wants to join me on (very slow) runs, I'd love to have their company too!

“Lilly & her husband were so great with our dog! Our dog has a lot of anxiety but I could tell she was so comfortable with her throughout her stay and when we picked her up.”
