“Erin was great! Very easy to deal with and responsible. She has a good personality and really connected quickly with our dogs. She sent updates throughout the days and sent a video of the dogs having fun!! We will use her again!”

“Extremely grateful for Carolina. Worked around my schedule last minute to watch my dog in my house for a week. Dependable, responsible, and trustworthy. Added bonus of also being very communicative. Highly recommend”

About: I've taken care of dogs for the last eight years, including puppies and energetic dogs. I've got lots of toys, treats, and time to give your best friend :) and honestly I love dogs so much I would do this just for the joy of seeing dogs. I'm free every week day after 2, and all day each weekend. If boarding is needed during weekday mornings, they can be taken out at least every three hours. Otherwise, I can spend as much time with your pup as needed I usually play a lot with the pup, or take it on a walk. I love a good cuddle session, or even just hanging out together on the couch. Personally I feed my dog every morning and evening, and provide plenty of time in our fenced-in backyard to explore and run.

“Kim was wonderful! We were out of town for several days and she updated us regularly with sweet photos and videos with our sweet boy. The house was just as neat and clean as we left it. We will definitely be using Kim again in the future. Thank you, Kim!”

About: I like to work on tricks, patience, and leash pulling while dogsitting. I am not a certified dog trainer but just like to help give dogs structure while in my care to hopefully build or keep good habits for their owners. I am comfortable with providing medications to both cats and dogs orally or with food- no injections. I always leave your home cleaner than I found it, wash my linens, and do basic home cleaning so when you return home you can focus on your fur babies and relaxation! I am currently working a full time position Monday through Fridays 8am-4pm. I can let dogs out before and after work and depending on your homes distance from my office, I can offer a quick lunch time potty break or walk. I treat every animal I come across with the same care and love I have for my own. I am the kind of woman who gets excited seeing any kind of animal while out and about and has to stop the owner to see if I can say hello to their fur baby!☺️ Animals fill my cup up and I hope I can do the same for them. Snuggling with my fur babies is my favorite pastime.
“Libah was amazing! During our meet and greet, she asked questions and took notes to make sure Trix was given the best care. She made sure to use Trix’s routine to ensure her happiness. Libah was great with communication while I was gone. I never had to worry about what was happening at home.”

“Stefania, was great. She provided us with many pictures and daily communications. Our furbabies were well cared for, she took the dogs outside several times a day, which is something they definitely love. Our house was well cared for.”

“Recently traveled out of state, and had to scramble to find a sitter for my dog and cat. Having never used a service like Rover I rightfully skeptical. I am so happy I connected with Devynn, from the first moment I met her I felt at ease about the decision, and I could tell my dog Peggy, cat Stella felt the same. Devynn kept me posted with photos the whole time and was super communicative, it was very apparent she looked after them like they were her own! Thank you again Devynn 😊”

“Victoria was amazing with our dog while we were gone. Our older dog unfortunately passes away a week before we left town and we couldn’t change our plans so we were so worried about our younger dog. Victoria gave her lots of love and attention and made sure she was kept occupied a lot so she didn’t get sad. She even brought her dogs over to play with her and brought them to our dog park. We couldn’t have been more grateful to her for taking such good care of our baby. We would recommend her 100%”

About: I’ve always had a deep love for animals and have two of my cats who do not currently live with me. one I’ve cared for over six years. I’m easy to work with, dependable, and especially patient with senior pets. I gained a lot of experience helping care for my grandma’s senior dog, as well as two crazy pugs (so i can handle anything). Whether it’s dogs or cats, I treat every pet like my own and make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. I’m currently working Friday, Saturday, and Sunday! Saturday i am busy all day, but Friday and Sunday available after 5. I am free to help with whatever you need throughout the week. When caring for pets in their home, I treat them like family. I carefully follow any care instructions, feeding, walks, medication, and spend quality time giving them attention and comfort to help them feel safe and loved while their owners are away.

“Genie did a great job taking care of Susa. She very kindly arrived earlier when we realized the concert started earlier then we had thought. We recommend Genie and will use her help again!”

“The moment Mary walked into the yard both of my dogs sat at her feet in total comfort ( they can be picky). She is a total delight to get to know and to work with and to take care of your fur babies. She’s very responsible, communicative, conscientious. I will ask her to pet sit again and again. I highly recommend Mary as a dependable pet sitter.”
About: Since I was 9 I’ve raised and handled all sorts of pets- dogs, cats, budgies, hermit crabs, you name it! I’ve always had a passion for animals, especially dogs, and throughout my life have researched much about their behavior and how to train them. I’ve owned a number of different dog breeds, each with their particular personalities and needs, such as bullmastiffs, German shepherds, labs, and the dog I currently own, my little old Brussels griffon named Willie. I’ve also taken care of cats from a young age, and understand their unique temperament compared to dogs. Currently, I own two cats, Bisa and Alice. Currently, I am on summer vacation, with only one online engineering class. I’ll be in Sarasota until June 21, but before then I can work any time! Days, nights, weekends, no problem. When I’m in my own home, I am very patient with my own pets, watching their behavior to know what they want and what they don’t want, while also keeping them from getting into trouble or hurting themselves. I would treat other pets with this same patience and understanding if I house-sitted. Additionally, I’ve found that a healthy dose of snuggles, treats, and exercise usually helps animals to feel at ease.
About: I grew up in a household with eight cats and four dogs, my parents were big into animals. I had my own bulldog for a number of years (she passed away recently) and currently have two cats of my own. I’ve picked up more dog poop and cleaned out more cat litters than I can count over the years.. I work entirely from remote, so my availability is always open to housesit or pet sit. I can be gone weeks at a time without it being a real burden. My cats have an automatic feeder and automatic litter cleaner so I don’t have to worry about them when I go away. I also have two roommates so they help take care of them when I’m out so they don’t get lonely. I walk, clean up after, feed, groom, even bathe, client’s animals. And I have it pretty easy with my current cats, they have an automatic feeder and a litter box that cleans itself automatically. So they’re pretty easy-going.

About: I’ve cared for small to medium-sized dogs in home settings, including overnight stays and multi-day visits. My experience includes feeding, walking, and keeping pets comfortable in their own environment while their owners are away. I’ve also managed multiple dogs at once, so I’m attentive to different personalities and routines. I focus on providing calm, consistent care and making sure each dog feels safe and supported. Pet care fits into my routine outside of my school hours, so I’m able to be present and focused during walks and visits. I plan my time so I’m not rushing and can give each dog proper attention “I’m respectful of your home and your dog’s routine. I follow any instructions you leave and keep things calm and consistent so your dog feels safe while you’re away. I pay attention to their behavior and make sure they’re comfortable and well cared for
About: I have watched pets of friends and family for over eight years now. I will be happy to give company and care for your pets while you are away too! I have two Dobermans of my own who keep me busy walking in the mornings but I have lots of time available to look after other pups too during the day! I hope to accommodate the care and company that your pet needs while you are away :). I am able to do pet visits in your home during the day or over night and I can take pets for walks. I am a very active person and can provide the best care for pets with high or low energy.
About: I've been pet sitting privately for over seven years and added energy healing (BioEnergetic Synchronization Technique) to my repertoire last year. You can read a few testimonials on my site and I'd be happy to share more of my glowing reviews or put you in touch with one of my regulars! Animals take to me very quickly, and I absolutely adore them! I have many regulars who reach out to me before anyone else because they feel complete peace of mind when I am with their pets. I know how important that is and love to provide that with an abundance of photos and updates. I have done BEST energy healing with several animals this year, curing digestive issues and easing separation anxiety as well as other emotional and physical issues. I specialize with past trauma! I signed up here with Rover a few years ago but due to a tech glitch, my profile was inactive. It is live now and I can't wait to take excellent care of your pets and home! I only do live-in work at this time because it is better for the animals. I'm a writer, life coach and energy healer and I mostly do that remotely, so I provide lots of time and companionship as well as love. I stick to whatever schedule and routines the animals are already used to, unless otherwise requested. I am very sensitive to animals' needs and catch on very quickly if anything isn't right with them.
“This was my first time leaving my new dog and I had the pleasure of having Beckett take care of my three month old puppy while I was out of town this past week. As a puppy, my dog definitely needed more attention and care as he is still getting house broken and I was really looking for someone who would be comfortable and happy attending to those extra needs. Beckett was just the person for the job and I could not have been happier with the whole experience. He is incredibly responsible, super easy to communicate with (he continuously kept me updated on how my pup was doing), was also very accommodating with my schedule and definitely has a way with dogs. I am so glad that I hired Beckett for this job and will definitely be hiring him again in the future!”

Nick stayed in our house to watch our mini dachshund while we were away for 5 days. This was the first time we had left her like this and with a stranger so we were nervous. Nick was a great communicator, sent tons of photos, and followed directions well. We came home to a happy pup!

We are so grateful to have found Stephanie. Our sweet poodle Justice came home the day before from surgery and we were nervous to leave her with a stranger. However Stephanie's calm presence and obviously love for animals came through and Justice was very open to her. Stephanie communicated with us while we were away as well as shared photos. I look forward to having Stephanie come again or Justice going to her home.

We had a last minute need for a sitter and our usual sitter was not available. I am always nervous about using a new sitter, but Jill’s profile seemed like she could be a good fit. She came for a meet and greet that day, and after meeting her in person I felt comfortable with her sitting for us. Jill spent the weekend with our dog and did a great job. She followed our instructions perfectly, making sure our dog was safe, fed, and well cared for while we were gone. We received photo updates and she was quick to respond to our texts. Our house was in perfect condition when we arrived home. She’s a trustworthy, calm, and responsible person who I don’t hesitate to recommend. We will book with Jill again!

There isn’t enough room to express how amazing Nicole is! She went above and beyond to make sure this dog mama felt secure with leaving her animals! Pictures every day along with amazing communication. She even left holiday cards with pictures of our babies. Nicole is the only person I want to watch my “kids” from here out. My only concern is my animals might start to love her more than my husband and I.

Isabella did a great job looking after Lincoln(dog) and Oliver(cat) while we were away. They were well taken care of and she gave them a lot of attention. She sent lots of photos to reassure that they were doing just fine! My family and I are looking to have her take care of Lincoln and Oliver again really soon! Thank you Isabella! (:

Sophia did a terrific job dog sitting our very active terrier in our home for 6 days. She was loving towards him and sent us daily reports and cute photos. She also picked up our mail and newspapers and left our house neat and clean. We can highly recommend Sophia!

I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter! Danielle stayed overnight with our girl and was absolutely wonderful! Communication was great throughout the trip. I got regular updates and never had to worry. She went above and beyond taking care of our home and taking out the garbage for us. I was able to relax and enjoy my vacation knowing Juju was home and in good hands. Highly recommend and will definitely book again!
