“Joshua is great. He's a natural with dogs, and it's obvious he loves them! I HIGHLY recommend Joshua and his home for extended boarding. He has a very large yard for play, and the dogs love it! I travel a lot, and I will be using Joshua every time. My puppy, Mocha, made a new friend with Joshua's dog, Blitzen. Immediately, they became friends and were inseparable for seven days. Thank you, Joshua!!! My wife and I are very grateful for the care you gave Mocha!!!”

“Wendy was great. She sent me pics of him, gave me updates of the situation, and asked if there was anything else she could do to keep Almond comfortable. Wendy let me know immediately that Almond started howling in the middle of the night. I wasn't sure what was going on since he never did that at home. My initial thought was he was missing me and home. And because of his age, I believe he got disoriented and lost and couldn't identify where he was at. Wendy did follow the instructions I left and asked if there was anything more she could do. I appreciate Wendy giving Almond the extra care he needed. Thanks again..”

I was especially happy to hear how well our dogs got along and that lots of play and tug of war sessions were had 😄 Pepper was treated like family and we'll absolutely rebook next time we have to go away.”

About: I have lived with at least 2 dogs in my household for the past 20 years. Providing them with the opportunities to live fulfilling and healthy lives has been my priority. Although I am their caregiver, I consider them also to be my teachers. Learning how to communicate with them is the best way to ensure they are happy and calm, and that they feel safe. I am currently retired and spend quite a bit of time at the dog park. My dog and I are mostly inseparable. I take him with me to run errands when I can. It isn't always practical and so he minds the house when I am away. Barney is my only companion, and, even though I'm kind of a loner, Barney is NOT. He is extremely friendly and social and craves the company of other dog;, that factors into my decision to care for other dogs in my home. Barney will help me keep your dog comfortable and happy while in our care. We have a fenced back yard (4 foot). The surrounding properties have no dogs at this time. If your dog can jump a 4 foot fence, this may not be the safest home for him or her.

“Michael watched our fur baby for 13 days. She is approx. 14 yrs old, and we were worried about leaving her for such a long period of time. Michael's calm and easy demeanor was reassurance that she would be fine. She does not get along with other animals and as the only pet Michael watched he was able to provide her with individual attention. He sent photos daily, which we greatly appreciated. We will definitely use his services again. Michael, thank you for taking such good care of our family member!”
