“Dana's boarding home is a pet oasis!! Our pets returned to us as if they had received some sort of week long puppy spa treatment, they were calm, happy and just overall well. Our neurotic belgian shepherd finally learned to relax and literally returned to us a well adjusted dog. We are so grateful: Thank you Dana!!!”

“Pat did so amazing with our 4 month old puppy! She watched him at her house during our wedding weekend, and we felt 100% comfortable that he was safe and having a great time. I know Howie is excited to go back to his hikes and playing with Pat for our next trip!”

“Sharon did a wonderful job taking care of our French Bulldog Zoe while we were out of the country for 2.5 weeks. We received daily updates and it was clear Zoe was having a great time! We highly recommend her, especially for anyone whose dog had a medical condition (Zoe had back issues and Sharon was so attentive to them, it really put our minds at ease).”

“Karen, Chris, and their family were truly the best of the best when it came to caring for our Sunny while we were away on vacation for a week. It was clear from the start how much love and attention they gave him—he absolutely adored them and their dog! He even whined on the car ride home because he didn’t want to leave, which says everything. Karen provided multiple daily updates, which gave us so much peace of mind. It was wonderful to see how comfortable, happy, and well cared for Sunny was throughout the week. We truly can’t recommend them enough and feel so lucky to have found such incredible sitters. Thank you again, Karen, Chris, Abby, Joe, and Charm —Sunny already misses you all so much!”

“Sarah and her family are super-sitters! She was flexible, accomodating, and most importantly made Leia feel like a member of their family. Our pooch really loved spending quality time at Sarah’s home and with other doggie guests. We will certainly book with Sarah again; and also refer her to friends who stay in RI. Overall, this was a great experience from initial communications through the entire week stay. Thank you so much Sarah and family for being so inviting and hospitable to Leia and our family.”
“We felt very comfortable leaving our dog Harper with Christina and Matt when we were away for the weekend of our daughter’s wedding. It was the first time Harper had ever stayed with anyone other than family and we weren’t sure how she would be in an unfamiliar place with another dog. It was obvious when we went for a meet and greet that Christina is a dog lover and Harper warmed up to her quickly. They have a great dog friendly yard and we received plenty of updates to let us know that she was doing fine. She definitely got plenty of exercise and a lot of love. Christina was understanding about Harper’s separation anxiety and was willing to accommodate her. We will definitely be repeat clients!”

“Yunshu and her family took excellent care of my Mini Schnauzer, Harry. I received photos and videos often while I was away. Her two little girls loved playing and walking Harry So he was kept busy all the time so he didn't have time to miss me. HaHa. Their house is very clean and well kept and I knew he was in great hands when I first visited. I will definitely have Yunshu watch Harry again when I take a trip.”

“Karissa is very caring and will love your dogs like her own for the time she has them. She sends pictures at least once a day so you know they’re doing well. My dog had a great weekend while I was away. Would book again if I need it! Thank you so much!”

“Kimberly did a great job taking care of my dog Brady while I was away. Sent me pictures every day of Brady having fun. I would definitely recommend Kim to anyone who needs someone to love their dog when they go away.”
“Sent me pictures of my puppy and kept me updated! Loved how she took my puppy for walks and let her run in the fenced in backyard. Will definitely use her again! She was friendly and communicated!”

“Dana and Mathieu took amazing care of our dog Rex the week we were away. They sent daily photos and videos of him, putting us at ease while away. They also have two wonderful pups that played nicely with Rex. We will definitely board with Dana and Mathieu again!”

“My dog libbie was spoiled at Leanne's house! Leanne took very good care of her and sent me pictures and updates. Leanne even gave me some helpful training tips to help teach libbie to stop pulling on walks!! I am working on it. I would definitely recommend Leanne for pet sitting and will definitely ask her again.”

“Armitage took great care of my 2 dogs for a week. We got photos everyday and plenty of updates that they were doing well. Armitage also washed our dog’s beds before we picked them up, which was not expected! I felt very confident they were in good hands while we were away!”

“Natalia and her husband provided excellent care for Gigi! They were so kind, and provided lots of updates and pictures, which we loved! I wouldn’t hesitate to have Gigi stay with them again (and Archie, of course!!). Thank you so much!! Look forward to seeing you again 🙂”

“Karen is a very professional pet sitter! She was understanding and kind and kept me updated with my pup during the entire stay. I will book with her every time! Thank you”

“Barbara was wonderful! My dog is 100 lbs of anxiety in a 20 pound bag and I have never left her with a stranger before. She has a lovely fluffy dog and a nice backyard space. You can trust her with even your most delicate flowers. She took good care of mine!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - South Kingstown
Jordan is very sweet and communicative. She has a great, calm energy and we knew immediately she would take great care of our dog. We really appreciated her updates about how he was doing and the funny pictures she sent of him getting on with the other dogs. Jordan even accepted us at the last minute when our previous boarder fell through. House is easy to find and in a good neighborhood. Would definitely recommend!

Archer ended up getting prescribed meds between when I booked with Sharon and his stay with her. She took the update in stride. Great communication and I felt confident with her caring for the most important being in my life. Archer was comfortable in her home and loved sunning kn the deck and sniffing around the yard.

10/10!! This was our first time leaving our dog overnight with someone other than family and by the end of our trip, Karen and Chris felt like family! We are so grateful for finding them through Rover. We looked forward to every message/update Karen sent (many times a day), simply the best! It was nice to get away for a couple nights and know our four-legged child was in great care. Thank you!!
