About: Having the experience of multiple jobs in the pet care industry under my belt, I'm looking to branch out on my own! I am a full-time Stay At Home Fur Mom (and student) for my dalmatian Morty (male, 9yo), and we're looking to open our home (and fenced-in yard) to others While I can't officially start my own business yet, I'm looking to offer my services to those who need them in the area. I spent years at a Pet Care kennel on LI before moving to Brooklyn and becoming a full-time dog walker/sitter. Those were my favorite years on a job yet, with a handful of rotating clients through my apartment door, all sizes and breeds. I have experience with on-hand puppy care, administering medication, aggressive and or muzzled dogs, and senior care (eyes, ears, diapers, lifting, dietary restrictions) My boy Morty has lived in 7 homes in 5 years and has experience living with a full range of dogs As a stay at home Fur Mom and Student, I currently have an open schedule for full time sitting, day care or drop ins. I love that I have the freedom to cater my schedule to clients and their needs. My husband, Joseph, works nights, so there is always someone home with the dogs. I can also provide 30 minute - hour long walks/breaks if close proximity to my house I have a large fenced-in back yard. Pets are allowed on furniture and the bed. We have couches and chairs throughout the house, and old couch cushions we use as extra beds or lounging areas. Dogs have access to our house. I have a king-size bed as well, with an extra couch sitting at the foot. Separating during feedings is also available.

About: Hi, I’m Cynthia ! I’m a young professional with a love for all animals looking to spread and gain some joy through my love for animals. Driven by a deep affection for dogs and a desire to enhance my physical health, I am exploring dog walking and dog sitting services. This endeavor is not only a refreshing diversion from my corporate tech job but also a meaningful way to contribute beyond the confines of my computer. It’s a step towards a healthier lifestyle and a gesture of giving back to the world, one dog walk at a time. I had my own little friend and we spent 12 years together. He battled a few medical issues making me equipped to handle any special needs of your dog. Additionally, throughout my college years, I spent time volunteering at animal shelters providing long walks on trails. While my journey in professional dog walking may have just begun, my lifelong love for dogs shines through in every interaction. My enthusiasm and genuine affection for these friends set me apart. At a party, you can spot this vegan in the corner spending time with the family's dog. I believe that every dog deserves personalized attention. My approach is tailored to each dog’s personality and needs, ensuring they feel comfortable, loved, and engaged during our walks. I provide nurturing care for puppies, ensuring safe and positive walks that cater to their curiosity. For senior dogs, I offer a peaceful companionship, mindful of their slower pace and physical needs. Above all, my connection with dogs is heart-driven. I strive to ensure every dog in my care feels like the most special pup in the world 💖 🕒 Work-Life Balance: Working from home means I’m never too far from a wagging tail. My flexible WFH schedule works well with any spontaneity needs. 📅 Weekend: Weekends are for adventure! Whether it’s a hike in the trails or simply a walk around the quiet neighborhood, I make sure your dog experiences the excitement and stimulation they crave. Housesitting: I do not do extended house-sitting stays due to prior commitments and schedule conflicts. Dog Boarding: I do not do extended dog boarding as I must occasionally step out for long periods. This can be discussed if you and your pet are comfortable being left alone. 🏠 Home Sweet Home: Above all, my home is a haven of love and care, where pets are treated as cherished family members. With me, every pet enjoys a routine filled with affection, attention, and the utmost care. They will be under watch 24/7.

About: I grew up in a very dog friendly neighborhood, and owned/cared for a dog since I was in kindergarten. I am very passionate about animals and love going for walks-so dog sitting is the perfect position for me. I am taking a physics class at Georgetown University, so I am free after 1 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays, and after 12 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I will be very gentle and loving, take the dogs for walks if their health permits, and play in the yard with them. I believe in an active care routine with lots of walking, playing, and running, of course supplemented by by food and water! (as long as the pet is healthy enough to participate).
