She stayed with them for a few hours, made sure they were fed and let outside, and kept us updated with pictures. She was easy to communicate with, reliable, and took great care of everyone. Jill is truly the best pet sitter we have ever used. We went to Maine for a 8 days, 7 nights and she gave our two one-year-old cats the best love and care. She was a great communicator and went above and beyond every time. She even let us know when our fridge was having an issue after a power outage in the area. Will 100% be booking Jill again!
Alex helped us out last minute when another sitter cancelled, and she was amazing with my super anxious pup! Maggie warmed up to her very quickly on our meet and greet, and Alex was so patient and sweet with her during the visit. She also sent great updates with photos/videos, I am always nervous leaving Maggie alone but Alex made it a very low-stress experience!
Brittany was fantastic! She kept me updated with photos and texts during each visit, followed my cat’s feeding instructions exactly, and my cat was clearly comfortable with her. Made it so easy to relax while I was away. Would book Brittany again without hesitation
Hannah is an excellent pet sitter. She took good care of our cat while we were away. She administered his oral medication daily with no problems. Hannah provided us with a recap of each visit including photos. We will definitely be requesting Hannah for our future pet sitting needs.
Matt and Mary Beth dropped in on Ipo several times over the course of three days while we had long days out of the house. From the initial meet and greet Ipo loved them and we trusted them to take good care of him. They were so attentive and asked all the right questions. After each visit they sent us an update and plenty of pictures of Ipo basking in their attention. Every night when we got home we could tell that he had been taken great care of. He even ate dinner for them no problem, which is sometimes a struggle. We’re over the moon with how well it went and we will definitely be using Matt & Mary Beth in the future!!
