About: I've raised my own cat, Bug, age 2, since he was 2 months old, alongside my roommate's cat whom I've lived with for 4 years. I've also raised over 30 houseplants and have vast knowledge of a variety of plants and their needs. Additionally, I've been around the many animals in my family my whole life and have sat for relatives' cats and dogs of all sizes over the years. I'm currently in between jobs as I relocate from North Carolina to Connecticut and ultimately back to NYC, so I have a pretty open schedule! Happy to alter my plans around pet care and house sitting. I'm also a gigging musician so there are sporadic nights and weekends that may become unavailable, but I am largely looking to be a sitter while I'm in CT. Willing and able to care for indoor/outdoor pets, go on walks, make sure cats and dogs get plenty of play and pets as desired, give treats, clean and maintain home spaces, and whatever else you may need!

About: Being raised with dogs, cats, and other various kinds of animals since I was 6 years old, I’m not a stranger to small (or even big!) feet following me around the house. From love and snuggles after a long day, to laughing at zoomie episodes, my family has built our lives around our animals. And I would love to add your pet into my happy story. Rest assured, you can leave your fur-baby with me for peace of mind, and can expect them to be loved, cared for, snuggled, and protected as you would do. I have experience with energetic, senior, and pups with allergies and/or meds. I primarily work part time away from home mid-week in the evenings, but work from home the rest of the time, so I have plenty of time to dedicate to being home for your baby. I am an avid communicator and will be making sure I follow all necessary instructions left by you (feeding needs, medical needs, etc.). If I’m not sure on something, I’ll always communicate to make sure to provide the best service to your and your baby.

Erika is absolutely amazing!! We hired her for my 8 year old black lab who was staying at the hotel while we got married. She sent me updates, photos and a video! This was my first time hiring a dog sitter outside of my own family, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Isabel. I was impressed from the very start, not only did my dog warm up to her right away, but Isabel immediately made me feel comfortable and confident leaving my dog in her care. She asked all the right questions, offered thoughtful recommendations, and really took the time to understand my dog’s needs and personality. During the stay, Isabel was fantastic with communication, sending regular updates and tons of happy, adorable pictures that gave me such peace of mind. Even when my dog unexpectedly needed an emergency vet visit (through no fault of hers), Isabel was completely on top of it. She could tell something wasn’t right and didn’t hesitate to act. She kept me informed throughout the entire situation and made sure my dog was okay and settled before leaving. On top of that, Isabel was able to watch my sister’s dog alongside mine, and she made the effort to meet both dogs beforehand, asking additional questions to make sure she could care for each of them properly. Every photo I received showed two happy, relaxed pups; it was clear they were in great hands. Overall, Isabel went above and beyond. I will absolutely be booking with her again!
Alyanna took great care of our dog and cat while we were away. Alyanna was very communicative; she checked in with us regularly and sent us lots of pictures of happy pets. Our house was well cared for, as well. We would definitely recommend and book Alyanna for future visits.
