I’ve had dogs in my life since I was a kid, and caring for them is something that comes naturally to me. I’m heading to UMass to study Animal Science and hope to join the National Guard to gain EOD bomb-sniffing dog experience. I currently own a high-energy Border Collie/Australian Kelpie mix I rescued, and I’ve also cared for an elderly Shih Tzu who needed lots of special attention and patience. I’m very work-oriented, reliable, and people have told me I’m great with customer service. Neighbors, friends, and family often count on me to walk, feed, and bathe their pets, and I truly love every moment of it.

Safety, trust & environment
I treat every pet like they’re my own and want them to feel safe, comfortable, and loved while they’re in my care. Working at a doggy daycare has given me experience handling dogs with all different personalities, energy levels, ages, and needs. I’m attentive to their body language and routines and always make sure they get the appropriate amount of exercise, attention, rest, food, and potty breaks. I also understand that every dog is different, so I’m happy to follow each pet’s specific routine and their owner’s instructions.

Eneida is young but very experienced with dogs. She handled well my super high energy Lakeland and aged and low energy Airedale terrier. She loves animals and is very dedicated to them. She is very responsible and kept the house organized the way I left.
Eneida was great with my dogs and very responsive. She constantly provided photos and updates and I appreciate all the effort she put in to taking care of Rex and Oscar.

Schedule
As a full-time student, I’ve built a schedule that gives me plenty of time for pet care. I also work at a doggy daycare in Avon, CT, so my work schedule usually varies throughout the week. I’m happy to communicate my availability ahead of time and work with each pet parent to find a schedule that works best for everyone. I’m generally more flexible on days I’m not working and can often accommodate evenings and weekends.
