About: I’ve cared for pets my whole life. I’ve cared for animals ranging from mice to horses. I have worked in vet clinics and have done a lot of research on my own time. They are my passion. I currently have the most experience in dogs. I’m actively an apprentice with a local dog trainer to be a positive reinforcement force free trainer. I am also studying canine behavior. I have experience in doggy daycare, boarding, and grooming. I have administered medications ranging from oral medicine to injections (subq and intermuscular). Like I said before, I love em like my own! I am home all day most days. I do have two dogs of my own so they are always outside playing. Pet care is what I do when I wake up to when I go to bed. I’m available most days for play dates, walks, boarding, grooming, and more! I have a large fenced in yard. I also have so so many dog toys. I have two dogs as well so your baby can make friends! I can offer crates when we leave or at night if you prefer! I have plenty of house for them to be in as well, also plenty of people to love on them! Your baby will never be alone!

“Kayla has been timely and handles our 100#, other animal reactive German Shepherd like a champ. Our protective shepherd sat next to her just like she sits next to grandma on the first meeting. Highly recommend!”

About: I work from home, so I am able to walk my own dogs 2-3 miles a day. I know how much they enjoy it and would love to be able to help others out that are not able to walk their pets as much as they would like. I frequently go on walks and runs multiple times a day, so adding a four-legged friend to my walking would be perfect. My work schedule is very flexible so I’m able to move things around as needed. I do not currently care for other pets in my home. I have 3 Siberian Huskies all under the age of 5 so it’s already a full house!

“Amanda is super kind and flexible. My dog Lucy absolutely adores walks/but can also be a bit difficult. Amanda has been accommodating and great for both of us. Thank you!”

About: Growing up I lived in the country with cows, horses and chickens next door. We always had many cats and dogs because we had the space and they just knew we would take them in if they didn't have a home. I wish I had the space now to have more animals but since I dont, it would be an honor to take care of yours. My experience with animals would be having a cat that needed shots daily for diabetes, a blind dog, dog that had seizures, taking care of friends and family's pets. Some which needed daily medicine or had a lot of energy : ). I ppreciate the trust they have in me to take care of their fur family members. Each pet, like humans, have their own personality. About: I've been passionate about caring for animals since I was a little girl. Over the years, I've developed strong bonds with the pets I've looked after. Currently, I have two rescue kittens (7 months and 3 months old), and I look forward to spending time with your furry friend(s)! I work part time currently at a Dog Daycare and Boarding Facility, but I have a lot of free time and days off to spend time with your pets when you’re at work or out of town:) I live in an apartment so I would not be able to care for pets in my home, but I would be willing to House Sit, and I have a reliable source of transportation.

About: I'm currently in school for my RN. I have worked in Hospice for a few years now, and for awhile I provided doggy hospice for my last pup (Callie) that passed in January of 2022, she was with me almost 17 years. I now have a crazyyyy puppy. I live less than 5 minutes from my job so my pup gets a lot of my time. I do work around 2-4 days a week so I'm looking to fill my free time with more pups and I know my puppy is craving someone to play with. Each dog I care for is cared for in different ways, no care is the same. Some are very high energy and require time and patience. Others are more timid and don't need as much couching.

I teach swimming lessons 3 days a week, equaling about 15 hours, 4-8 on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. If you ask me to crate your dog when I leave the house, I will do just that. Usually a list is left so I know just what your furry baby or babies need, rather it be for treats or care. I will keep to their feeding schedule and potty schedule, as well as their sleep schedule. Always remembering to give them lots of love and affection!

About: I’ve grown up with a minimum of 4 dogs in our house at all times. We’ve had dogs that ranged from Boston terriers to golden retrievers, to American bulldogs and everything in between.... like French bulldogs, and a husky-collie mix. I do well with small and large dogs! A little dog fur never hurt anyone! Love the kisses and cuddling dogs provide! I am currently a stay at home dog mom to an adorable little Frenchton (3/4 French Bulldog 1/4 Boston Terrier) so my schedule is wide open! In my home my little puppy and I spend a lot of time in the backyard playing fetch. While it isn’t fenced in, she does have a tie out with a long leash just for her and she has a blast on it. She knows when to stop so she doesn’t get choked on it and we enjoy our time out there.

Mariela F.Star Sitter
“I am writing to enthusiastically recommend Mariela as an exceptional in-home pet sitter. I have had the pleasure of working with her for 2 years, during which she provided love and attention to my beloved pets and home. Mari demonstrates a genuine love for animals. She took the time to get to know my pets’ unique personalities, habits, and needs, which immediately put me at ease. It was clear that she values the well-being and happiness of the pets under her care. Mariela stayed in our home for 10 days during our most recent trip. Anytime we checked our security cameras, we saw that our pets were calm and relaxed, often sleeping on the sofa next to her. Upon our return home, we found our animals in great spirits and our home was clean and in the same condition we left it. Mariela demonstrated a high level of responsibility and reliability. She followed all care instructions diligently, ensuring that my pet's feeding, exercise, and medical needs were met with precision. Additionally, she maintained clear and consistent communication with us, providing regular updates via photo and video. We have had exceedingly positive experiences entrusting our pets and home under Mariela’s supervision, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking an in-home pet sitter. She has consistently gone above and beyond in providing high quality care, and I am confident that she will continue to do so for any pet placed under her care. We already have her booked for our next vacation!”
