“Meagan took extra care and attention with our shy cat, Xia, while we traveled internationally for two weeks. It was a huge relief to know someone we trust is caring for our furry child. She communicated regularly, shared photos and video, and noted any unusual behavior Xia had. She looked after our home by vacuuming cat litter, removing trash, and letting us know about our carbon dioxide alarms’s beeping. I work for a semi-private airline usually from 11 AM-2:30 PM on Monday’s, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays. Otherwise, I am openly available. I have Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays openly available. When pets stay with me, they become part of the family. I make sure they have a safe, cozy space to relax, stick to their routine as much as possible, and get plenty of attention, play, and love. Whether it's cuddle time, walks, or just hanging out, I tailor the experience to fit their personality and needs. I don’t have backyard in my apartment so I would take the dog outside on their leash to use the restroom and for walks. When caring for pets in their own home, I focus on keeping their environment calm and familiar. I follow your instructions closely—whether it's feeding, medications, walk times, or play routines. I also make sure your home is respected and secure while you’re away. Your pet’s comfort and safety always come first.

About: We have had dogs our entire life, we love them. We recently lost our German Shepherd of 14 years and are looking to get some fur baby energy in our lives. We know how hard it can be to find reliable people you can trust to watch your baby. We have boarded numerous dogs in our home in the past and are looking to give your animals love and attention while you are away. We are experienced with all types of dogs. Big, small, young and old. Our house does not have any stairs which is great for older pups! We also live right across the street from many great trails. Dogs rule the house at our house. We often find ourselves sitting on the floor while the dogs are on the couch. We always joked our German Shepherd was more spoiled than our children. The only downside is your dog may not want to come home! I work from home and my husband owns his own business. We have two little kids (10 & 5) that are also great with animals. We have lots of flexibility. I hike, walk or exercise everyday. We have a small, fenced yard and a dog door, which can also be locked if needed. We live around the corner from a park and across the street from numerous trails. Animals can roam free or be crated in while at our house.

About: I grew up with dogs and cats (and birds, rabbits, fish and farm animals). I started dog sitting 20+ years ago. It wasn't something I advertised, instead people asked me because I was a responsible and independent young adult. As I got older and my career took off, pet sitting was something I would do to supplement my income/ and be connected to animals without having the full responsibility that comes with owning a dog. I have experience with breeds and personalities of every kind and understand above all else it's what's most important to any dog is that they feel safe and that they can trust the person they're with. I just closed my brick & mortar business of 15 years and am new to the area, Therefore I have all the availability and focus for your loved ones. If you travel often, I can be a consistent sitter for your pets as opposed to having to find someone new or juggle a few sitters based on their availability. Any time I am in someone's home I care for their pets as they would themselves. Whether it be following a feeding schedule or sitting on the couch together.

About: I've cared for dogs for around 13 years of my life, I have also had 2 dogs since I was around 5, one before that as well. I have helped out friends and relatives by caring for, feeding, cuddling, giving medication, and letting their dogs out to potty or cleaning their cats litter boxes. I am a huge animal lover and will open all pets with open arms and the best care. I have a lots of availability to care for your pets during the day. I work until 4:30 most days so would love to stop in for pet care after I work or to walk your dog. I think it is important to learn how you keep your pets safe, every family is different. For example, if you like your dog let out only on leash, if you have a fenced in backyard they like to run in, if they sleep in a crate at night. Your dog and or cats safety is my top priority and I will do everything to keep them happy, protected and having fun.

About: I have been around dogs since I was a kid. Grew up with 2 dogs, while my grandparents had 12. I never thought of myself as a dog sitter, but my wife and I did it a couple of times to help out friends and we loved it. I work from home, so I’m happy to help however. I’m also a lacrosse coach at Aspen High School, so I’m around mischief and excitement all the time haha. My wife is at home right now, so we have 2 people at home constantly. Plus, it’s impossible to live in Aspen, so this is my 3rd job, but it’s also the job that I enjoy the most... dog sitting and coaching are tied. However, I think dog sitting pays more. Kind of ironic that I get paid more to take care of dogs, than I do to teach students haha ok I’ll digress. I live in a very safe apartment complex, in Snowmass. We have a great yard for dogs. Our Labradoodle loves it and I think any dog would. Plus, we constantly go for walks to near parks, around Snowmass and to get our groceries. The dogs can be outside always if that’s what your like
