“Heather walks my dog on the days I work, and she is incredibly reliable, so communicative and very quickly responsive. My dog loves her too, and I always appreciate the pictures she’s sends on their walks. Recently, we went out of town for the weekend, and Heather house sat. She sent multiple updates and pictures a day, which was so appreciated, and was just as communicative and reliable as always! I felt so secure leaving my guy and home knowing Heather would be there to take care of home. Thank you again!!”

About: My first cat was way back in 1992 when a pregnant cat adopted me. She lived in the apartment next door with 4 other cats, a single Mom and 2 little girls. She would visit my apartment daily, also scoping me out, because she had future plans. Soon after I was the proud Human Step-Mom to Mama cat and her 5 kittens. That started my love for the feline species. I've always owned and loved dogs since my childhood. My first dog's name was Rusty, a smart and gorgeous Golden Retriever. I had tanks full of fish, multiple birds (Peanut could talk-he was a Green Cheek Conure), and often cared for my daughters ferret, Franklin, when she went on vacations. No pets are off limit ..... except snakes and spiders. Willing to administer meds. Currently I am doing pet care full time so I am available just about 24/7. I do have pets at home so I would need to take some time to attend to their needs during the day as well. I currently have both a dog and cat living with me so care outside of my home is preferable. I'm available almost all day and can stop in whenever necessary.

“Haylea stayed with our 13 year old dog for 5 nights. Since we are both retired, it was especially important to us that our dog have a lot of company as she is used to our being home. A big plus is Haylea works from home 4 of 5 days a week and was able to be with our dog a lot. Haylea texted photos and kept us up to date on how our fur baby was doing. Highly recommend her!”

About: Grew up in a house with five dogs and two cats, including a few litters of puppies and kittens. Experienced with big dogs, little dogs, and nervous kitties. Available for weekend boards, drop in visits, and walks! Working out of the home, I make sure to give a lot of attention and exercise when I’m home! I live centrally located but also right in the pine bush with a lot of areas to walk and play! Happy with lots of outside moments and comfortable in the car.

About: I primarily took care of my grandparents’ dog when I was a teenager, but have progressed over the years to caring for anyone in my circle’s pets as needs and vacations arise. I grew up in a cat-only household and haven’t had a pet of my own since I was 13 but I like to treat each animal I come across as if it were my own! I work full time during the day on weekdays, however I work remotely on Wednesdays and Thursdays. This allows for me to be in the home with a pet full-time on those days. I also am typically available weeknights and weekends. I treat each home and pet as if they are my own—With the utmost respect and with as much love as I can share! I am truly passionate about spending time with animals and like helping them not be alone in their owner’s absence.

About: I’ve been caring for animals for over 15 years, both personally and professionally. As a lifelong dog mom, I know firsthand how much our pets mean to us—they’re family. Beyond daily walks and playtime, I have experience with administering medications, caring for senior pets, and keeping anxious pups calm and comfortable. My background as a registered nurse has made me attentive, reliable, and detail-oriented, which carries over into the way I care for animals. You can trust that your pet will not only be safe with me, but also loved, spoiled, and treated with the same patience and compassion I give my own dogs. I am currently working part time and have availability in my schedule to love and care for your pet. I have pets of my own and would love nothing more than to have clients who are comfortable knowing they will receive care that is above and beyond. I treat all pets like they are my own. I have a fenced in yard where your pet can run and play. I also have spare rooms if they need to be separated for any reason, safety being my main concern.
