About: My name is Kara, I am a fourth year Economics student at UVA. My family has had pets since I was really young so I have always loved caring for animals. I have experience pet sitting and walking dogs from my friends and family for the past few years but have always been familiar with general practice caring for animals. I’ve looked after both small and very large dogs so I’m comfortable working with either, I don’t have as much experience with cats but have looked after them in the past and would be happy to do so again if needed. About: I have always grown up with lots of pets in the house including dogs, cats, and bunnies. I am able to recognize patterns in behavior and notice when something is off. I will always communicate how the visits went, positives and negatives! I am currently working part-time, so I have lots of free time to care for your pet! Let me know their needs, and I will build my schedule around them the best I can. I love to get know each pet for their individual personality. I am respectful of others homes and always make sure to get your pet what they need to keep them happy!

About: I’ve spent years training and living with dogs, including strong-willed and independent breeds such as Huskies and Rhodesian Ridgebacks. Those experiences have taught me that there isn’t one training method or approach that works for every animal. What works for one dog may completely miss the mark with another. What I’ve learned is that the key is understanding the individual anima, it’s personality, communication style, energy level, boundaries, and what makes it feel confident and secure. My goal isn’t to change an animal into something it isn’t, but to find the approach that allows it to thrive within its own environment and alongside its family’s routines. I think that perspective is what makes me different as a sitter. I’m observant, patient, and comfortable adapting to each pet rather than expecting every pet to adapt to me. I also understand that caring for a home is part of caring for the animals who live there. I respect their routines, their space, and their home, and I take pride in leaving things clean, secure, and well cared for. Ultimately, I want owners to feel confident that while they’re away, their pets are not simply being watched, they’re being genuinely understood and cared for. After relocating to Utah, I’m currently working part time, which gives me a flexible schedule and the opportunity to spend more time doing something I truly enjoy, being around animals. I’ve always loved having animals as part of my daily life, and I’ve realized how much I miss that connection. Pet sitting feels like a wonderful way to bring that back while also helping other people feel confident that their pets are happy, comfortable, and well cared for while they’re away. I genuinely enjoy being there for animals, whether that means a long walk, some playtime, extra cuddles, or simply keeping them company. I love helping others with their pets because I know how important they are to their families, and I treat that responsibility with the same care and respect I would want for my own. I’m naturally respectful, tidy, and attentive, and I understand that house sitting is about more than simply being there. I’ll treat your home with care, keep things clean and secure, and make sure it continues to feel lived in and well looked after. About: I have had pets my whole life and my husband and I are currently raising our own mini Aussie named Waffle:) I am local to park city and am super active, love taking dogs on walks, hikes, etc. I have a work from home 9-5 job that allows me to be around your pets all day and take them out throughout the day as needed. Your pet will have my full attention! To me, pets are part of the family and I treat them as such (which usually means they get a little bit spoiled)

About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life and genuinely love caring for them. I grew up with Golden Retrievers and Labs, currently have a large German Shepherd hound mix, and previously cared for three cats, so I’m comfortable with pets of all sizes and personalities. I’ve handled leash reactive dogs, overly excited puppies, nervous cats and dogs, dogs who pull or prefer not to socialize on their walks, and everything in between. I know every pet is different, and I take the time to learn their routines, preferences, and quirks so they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. Whether your dog is energetic and loves long walks or prefers a slower pace, I’ll care for them with the same patience, attention, and affection I give my own pets. My goal is to make your pet feel at home and give you peace of mind knowing they’re in kind, reliable hands. I’m a stay at home mom and work part time as an RN. My kids are in prek twice a week so I’m available during the week on Tuesday and Thursday from 9am-3pm and am available on the weekends. When caring for pets in my clients’ homes, I focus on keeping their routine as familiar and comfortable as possible. I know pets feel most secure in their own environment, so I take the time to follow their normal schedule for meals, walks, playtime, medications (if needed), and attention. I treat every home and pet with respect, keeping spaces clean and providing plenty of love, patience, and companionship. I’ll send updates and photos so you can feel confident knowing your pet is happy, safe, and cared for while you’re away.

About: I will hike, mountain bike, trail run, paddle board or just walk with your dog to let them let loose of all their energy. Whatever your dog needs, I got it! My schedule is completely free! Currently in Physical Therapy school, but I have online classes the rest of summer! Whenever you need dog care, it works for me! I treat your pets/home as my own. I leave places better than what I found them. I currently cannot take your pets in my home due to living in an apartment.

I can’t take pets into my own home because I have two cats, but I’m very happy to stay at the client’s home and provide care there. About: Hi everyone! My name is Nikki, and I would love to meet your dog! I am originally from Colorado, but now live in Park City, UT. I am an avid runner, walker, and hiker; really just sign me up for anything outdoors, and I assume your dogs would agree with that as well. I grew up caring for dogs, so I know they type of love and attention they need. I have a part time job, but the hours vary, so I am in search of another side gig.
