About: What sets me apart is the level of care and attention I give every dog. I run a dog walking business called Marlee’s Mountain Miles, so working with dogs is something I take seriously and truly enjoy. I’m experienced with puppies who are still learning routines, as well as senior dogs who may need slower walks, medication reminders, or extra patience. I focus on making pets feel safe, loved, and comfortable while their owners are away, and I always treat them like they’re my own. I work two part-time jobs in Park City, so my schedule can vary week to week. However, if you reach out, we can easily fit your dog into my schedule. My employers are very understanding, and if you’d like a consistent routine for your pup, we can definitely arrange a regular schedule that works for both of us! I try to keep pets on the routine they’re used to so they feel comfortable and stress-free. This includes feeding schedules, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and lots of attention. In a client’s home, I make sure their pet feels secure in their own space and that the home is kept clean and respected. I also provide updates and photos so owners know their pets are happy and doing well while they’re away.

“My roads were covered with ice and snow but that didn’t stop James from arriving on time, snowshoeing to the cabin from the road, just to refill my cat food dispensers and water. He’s capable of getting to your place regardless of the conditions, and that’s what you want this time of year - someone capable and reliable. Oh, and he is a good communicator too. I typically will get my dog out for at least one walk unless the weather is very bad, in which case I will make sure she still gets some playtime. My dog typically sleeps in my bed with me but I have no problem with setting and upholding boundaries as to where pets aren’t allowed.

About: Grew up with all kinds of dogs and cats. Love animals and they love me. I personally have 2 cats, and a golden retriever. Love going for hikes with my dog and would love to do the same with your dog too. I work in the Deer Valley area and would like to fill my Sundays with walking dogs or dropping in to feed the cat or whatever your pet needs.
