“My dogs are my absolute world. I trust them with nearly no one, and I will never feel dramatic for my over protectiveness of them. With that said, I have never hesitated to trust Christa with them for a week at a time while I travel. She has always been respectful of their schedules, has treated them with the kindness and respect I treat them with, and is more than happy to learn all of their little quirks. She has made sure that that are mentally and physically stimulated while in her care, and I have always come home to very happy and healthy dogs. My dogs love her so much that the word “Christa” has become a trigger word the same way that “treat” or “car ride” are. All of this to say, Christa is a person who is extremely trustworthy and exponentially loving.”

About: Hi! I grew up apart of a family that loves pets, especially dogs. Some pets I have lived with are birds, turtles, a snake, cats, bunnies, tarantula, lizards, and goats to name a few. The most dogs we have had at one point is 7 – from a dachshund mix to a great dane and English mastiff. So, I love dogs whether they are small or big and love connecting with them. I have previous experience dog sitting for family, friends, and others in my community. I don’t shy away from most pets and would love to take care of yours! :) I grew up with dogs so I am very familiar with taking care of them on a daily basis. I love walking, playing, and snuggling with dogs. I work a full time job but it is mainly work from home so I am available for drop ins. I usually work 9am to 5pm so I could do drop ins and walks outside of these times and possibly around noon (lunch time). My availability is very flexible on the weekends. I am very kind to animals and make sure they are healthy and being taken care of. I pay attention to them and to the environment they are in as well. I believe I am patient and compassionate with pets. I also try to maintain the environment they are in, making sure everything is clean and no mess is left behind.

About: I currently have 3 dogs in my pack at home and have always been an animal lover. I grew up in a home with cats, fish, birds, guinea pigs and always a dog or two around. At twelve years old, I became a vegetarian because I couldn't stand the idea of eating animals. This is just to say- I've always been a softie for animals. As a teen I found myself working closely with a bird rehabilitator due to my nature of finding freshly hatched baby birds fallen from their nests. I've successfully rehabilitated and released 2 robins and a starling. I have been a pet sitter for dogs, russian dwarf mice, rats, bearded dragons, guinea pigs, and cats. These days I spend my time typically with my 3 dogs. As a stay at home mom looking to get out of the house and spend time with furry friends, I have a flexible schedule for spending time with your pets. I'm understanding and respectful of your needs as a client. I know that caring for your pet like my own is the highest priority and take this to heart.
