Whether your dog is high-energy, a little nervous around new people, or just needs a steady routine, I adjust to what they need rather than running a one-size-fits-all walk. You can expect clear communication before and after every visit, so you always know exactly how things went. My schedule is flexible throughout the day, so dog walking isn't squeezed into a narrow window — it's a real part of my daily routine. That means I can offer consistent mid-morning, afternoon, or early evening walks, and I'm also able to accommodate last-minute requests or changes in timing without it being a scramble. If your schedule shifts week to week, I can usually adjust to match it. Safety is the first thing I think about with every walk. When I arrive, I double-check that all doors and gates are secure before I bring your dog out, and I make sure the leash and collar or harness are properly fitted before we leave — no slipping out mid-walk. I stick to routes I know well, avoid off-leash areas unless specifically asked, and keep a close eye on other dogs, traffic, and anything that could startle or spook your dog. I always carry water on hot days and adjust the pace or length of the walk based on weather and how your dog is doing that day. Before I leave, I make sure your home is exactly as I found it — doors locked, lights as they were, nothing out of place. If anything ever comes up during a walk, you'll hear from me right away, not after the fact.

About: I am a lifelong animal lover and have had multiple dogs, two cats, and a ball python for over 13 years! In addition to my experience as a pet owner, I have also volunteered at the Cincinnati Zoo in various capacities for 3 years now, where I have learned techniques in animal care relating to a variety of species from mammals to reptiles to birds. I am currently pursuing a degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology with the hope to some day work with animals professionally. I was a member of my high schools zoology and marine biology clubs for all 4 years and also founded a beekeeping club. I am currently a college student looking to pet sit during school breaks. About: I have spent over 4 years volunteering at animal shelters with both dogs and cats. I have also grown up with both dogs and cats - primarily small breeds. At the shelter I specialize in dogs, and have worked with breeds ranging from Cane Corsos to Toy Poodles. I like to both play and relax with dogs, and enjoy dog walking as part of an active lifestyle. I work full time, but WFH 3 days a week. The weekends are when I am most free, and prefer afternoons/evenings. I can be flexible if you reach our! I will check on your pet(s)' food and water supply in addition to making sure they use the facilities. I enjoy brushing pets as well!

About: I’ve grown up with dogs since I was three years old. Our household has once consisted of four dogs at once and I loved it. I’ve taken care of dogs as young as eight months to 14 years old. My experience consists of grooming, potty training, basic training, feeding & water, medication management, and even changing diapers in later stages of life. I’ve also taken care of neighbors pets, including dogs, cats, guinea pigs, rabbits, and even hedgehogs. I have experience of checking in on the dogs and feeding them throughout the day to staying at the house for hours to provide exercise and company for their furry friend. I also have over a year of volunteer experience at local dog shelters. I have a flexible job that allows me to be able to do Rover in my free time. I currently live in a duplex on the first floor. It is a spacious two bedroom apartment and has access to a backyard. The backyard is fenced in with a mix of a privacy fence and a chain link fence. The backyard is on the smaller side but still has space for the dogs to run around and have space to play fetch. I have two friendly dogs at my apartment that would love to meet your pet. We spend a lot of our time playing or snuggling on the couch. We go for walks around our neighborhood and we play fetch h in the backyard. I have a young energetic dog that loves to play and I have an older dog that loves to get the zoomies and then become a couch potato. When I am away, my dogs stay in their crates. For your furry friend, I can use a doggy gate to give them some extra space since they are in a new environment. I can keep them in my kitchen which will give them enough space to walk around and lay in their bed. My dogs takes medicine twice a day so I already have a routine for giving medications to my dogs. I would be happy to walk your furry friends with my dogs or by themselves if that is your preference. We also have plenty of dogs toys ranging from stuffed animals to the Bark Super Chewer toys, if your dog likes to destroy toys, like mine does. I have two beagles so I am used to food driven dogs that only listen if there are treats involved. I also have my garbage secured underneath the cabinets with baby locks on them so no animal can get to it. I also am within 20 minutes of a 24 hours emergency vet if your dog was to ever show any concerning signs.

About: Pets have been in my life since I was a little kid. My family has always had a dog and I have a cat that I take care of like she’s my baby! I’ve always loved animals and being around fur babies. To me pets aren’t just animals you have they are an extension of your family! I work a part time job at the kenwood mall during the summer/seasonally and am a student at UC studying education in hopes of becoming a teacher! My availability is pretty flexible during the week Monday, Wednesday, Friday I only have one class from 11-12:10 so I will be readily available for virtually the entire day. Availability for Tuesday/ Thursday varies because my classes range from 11-2 which isn’t ideal for potty breaks or feedings but am able to negotiate if you have a specific situation that would fit my schedule on those two day. During the weekend im free whenever and can do mornings, overnight care, potty breaks, special feeding care, etc. While at home I let our dog out, give treats, feed, and clean the cat's littler box, feed the cat, replenish the water supply in their fountain, etc. I have a senior dog so playing isn’t in her cards anymore but I’m happy to sit with senior dogs and play with younger dogs. I also love walks and will take your pups for as long of a walk as you’d like. I even walk my cat in a pet stroller when the weather is nice!
