The whole family treated Lula well and gave her lots of attention. When Lula met Bridget’s Pomeranian they were friendly and happy to do their own things. I travel a good bit for work and fun. So naturally I want to ensure that my little buddy Duke is well taken care of in my absence. We have enjoyed some really great sitters in the several years that we’ve been a part of the Rover community. But hands down Kayla B. was by far THEE best sitter we have ever experienced in 12 years of being a dog mom. Her genuine care, love, and concern for animals is exceptional. Her communication was wonderful and quick. Thanks to Kayla, I even have a picture collage of Duke for keepsake. She went above and beyond to check his tongue when I thought I saw a rash in a picture. This was the first time my dog was torn when it was time to come home. I could tell he missed Kayla and her family instantly. She is our forever sitter as long as she’s doing this.
Carli is very sweet and accommodating to your needs! This was our first time using Rover and had a terrific experience. She checked in multiple times throughout the day with updates and pictures of our girls. She has a wonderful demeanor and attitude for pet sitting and followed instructions clearly, even accommodating to changes. We will absolutely be using her in the future!
