I’ve worked in veterinary clinics and dog boarding facilities, which gave me hands-on experience with animals of all temperaments and needs. While I value the structure of those settings, I believe in-home care is the most comfortable and stress-free option for most pets. I currently care for two dogs and two horses of my own, and I approach every client’s animal with the same level of respect, patience, and attentiveness I give my own.

I travel a good bit for work and fun. So naturally I want to ensure that my little buddy Duke is well taken care of in my absence. We have enjoyed some really great sitters in the several years that we’ve been a part of the Rover community. But hands down Kayla B. was by far THEE best sitter we have ever experienced in 12 years of being a dog mom. Her genuine care, love, and concern for animals is exceptional. Her communication was wonderful and quick. Thanks to Kayla, I even have a picture collage of Duke for keepsake. She went above and beyond to check his tongue when I thought I saw a rash in a picture. This was the first time my dog was torn when it was time to come home. I could tell he missed Kayla and her family instantly. She is our forever sitter as long as she’s doing this.

Schedule
House Sitting Availability: I’m available for overnight care only, providing feeding, walks, and supervision during the night hours. Drop-In Visits Availability: I can provide up to two drop-in visits per day, including feeding, potty breaks, and basic care. In home boarding : I live in an apartment with a fenced deck, have two friendly dogs, and kids aged 3 and 8. I provide plenty of walks, playtime, and attention. I never board more than one family at a time, so your pup gets all the care and attention they need while you’re away.
