Small Animal Lover!
I've owned cats and dogs my whole life. I have worked in the animal/vet field for over 6 years (until just recently) and have a lot of experience dealing with different breeds and species. I worked in an animal ICU so I am experienced on medical conditions and giving medications (including shots). I've worked with larger dogs and smaller and am very knowledgeable in pet behaviors and how to read them. I have also fostered dogs, cats, and kittens. I currently have 3 fur babies: 1 dog, a cat, and a bunny. I really enjoy caring for pets and would love the opportunity to care for your pet whenever needed.

Kristen was absolutely amazing! This was the first time I was leaving my cat with anyone and I was so nervous, she made me feel so much better! She sent me daily updates and pictures and was so patient when my cat was not so happy around the dog to begin with! I would HIGHLY recommend her and will have her keep Luna again if I ever need it!
Kristen does a great job, and my two Schnauzers feel very comfortable with her and her family!
I feel so much better leaving town knowing Kristen was looking after Obi. I loved the updates and pictures she sent me. She is very responsible and dependable. I will use her again. Highly recommended!
I got updates every day and she made sure my buddy was happy and safe the whole time! Would recommend! She went out of her way to get a ball throwing machine cause my dog liked playing fetch so much! She is very accommodating and easy to communicate with.
Kristen was absolutely great with Brahm. She kept me updated on how he was doing and what he was doing. She sent lots of pictures and videos. This made me feel very comfortable that Brahm was being well cared for. Thank you Kristen.
Very nice couple. Our Shih-tzu was wore out from playing with other pups her size. Kristen kept us updated throughout the stay with pictures and videos. Will use again.

I work part-time. When im not at home I almost always have family here so your pet will not be left unattended for long, if at all.

I have a large fenced backyard where pets can get exercise. I do not leave pets outside for extended periods of time. I do inside boarding only. I have 1 dog (sometimes 3 if my fur nephews come to visit!) to keep your pet company or I can separate my personal pets if desired. I also have extra crates if you'd like your dog crated at certain times. So I can use mine or you can bring your own. I also have a medium sized doggy door if your pet is used to using one. I can also lock the doggy door if you'd like your pet to be secured inside. There is usually someone home at all times so we can walk your pet(s) as often as needed. I normally let outside about 4-5 times a day. If requested, I can do leash walks around the neighborhood 1-2 times a day. Cats are special creatures that take a lot of time to get used to a new environment. If you need a catsitter, we can discuss in detail. Just shoot me a message!

We love to have a healthy balance of play time and relaxation. During your pets stay we will play fetch, go on walks (if requested), and snuggle. Each dog is different and we can always discuss exercise expectations when booking.
