Oh gosh don’t know where to start. Jen has amazing updates and communicates great with us and is amazing with our pets. She shares some of the best photos I have of my own pets. We had an issue traveling that affected our times and she was able to make great accommodations with us for our pups.
Grace was absolutely wonderful! She was incredibly attentive and took such great care of our fur babies. Her response time was fantastic, and she spent quality time with our cats - we could tell by how calm and happy they were when we returned! The litter box was clean, our home was tidy, and Grace was super sweet and responsive throughout. We would definitely recommend booking with her and will absolutely do so again in the future! :)
Katherine did a great job caring for our two resident cats and foster kitten. I'm used to rovers sending a few pictures, but Katherine sent 10-20 pics which I really appreciated, alongside very detailed updates outlining all the steps taken for the various cats. I will definitely use Katherine again.
