About: I have had dogs and cats my whole life. My family growing up never had less than 3 pets at a time so I've grown up loving and rescuing animals including taking care of outdoor feral cats,stray dogs, etc. I currently have two cats of my own and hope to have more in the future at the very least by fostering :) Besides when working my 9/5 or rover I spend most of my free time with my cats. I also keep a cat crate and food in my car in case I ever see any stray cats and I have a humane trap at home. I have raised puppies and kittens from 2 months old and have had elderly pets that have lived to be 19 years old so I have experience with lots of pets of different ages, breeds, and personality types. I've taken care of upwards of 7 cats all in the same household so I am also experienced with caring for multiple pets including households with multiple cats and also dogs. I also have experience to varying degrees with deer, rabbits, horses, chickens, quail, and fish. I think pets are family and best friends and I am excited to meet yours and give them lots of love and attention I may be wearing a mask - don’t worry I’m not sick I am very immunocompromised so I mask around strangers just as an extra precaution so I don’t get sick For daycare or boarding for dogs I would prefer they are cat friendly but accommodations can be made for sure! Currrntl due to my job I can’t do morning drop ins or walks during the work week but can on weekends and can still do boardings. There are some afternoons where I occasionally have avilability and my availability is subject to change so please feel free to still message to ask :) I still do have lots of weekend free time too :) I’m happy to watch multi pet house holds and do daycare for multiple dogs if you have more than one! During meet ups I may be wearing a mask - don’t worry I’m not sick I am very immunocompromised so I mask around strangers just as an extra precaution so I don’t get sick In my own household I would provide them with their own toys, food and water bowls, and take them for lots of walks if applicable. My pets and any animals here are allowed to be on the furniture like the couches and bed but I usually put a blanket and a small bed on the ground in case some babies feel more comfy with that. I am more than happy to also crate them!

“Alexandria was very attentive and nice when we did our meet and greet. Our cats are high maintenance (multiple food additives, a very picky eater, etc.), but Alexandria took care of it all. They even were able to give my one cat his pill and administered his inhaler, which they said they have never done before. It can be a little daunting, so I really appreciated they were willing to give it a shot and did so successfully. They sent lots of photos and even did the dishes before they left, which was definitely not an expectation. They noticed one of the microchip feeders stopped working right, and immediately messaged me and did all the steps to try and get it fixed. I made an oopsie and didnt add that I needed Alexandria to check in on the weekend. They were able to catch that and checked in with me to make sure someone was coming. I didnt have anyone, but they were able to make 2 hour long check ins for the whole weekend. I appreciate Alexandria's thouroughness, attentiveness, and the small extra things they did to make my cats as comfortable as possible for the entire week we were gone. About: I took care of my family's dog until I moved to college, and I really miss having a dog! Rover is perfect because it will allow me to satisfy my love for dogs while fitting with my schedule and helping you. I am also hoping to get a dog in the near future. I enjoy running and walking so having a dog with energy is not a problem as long as they are leash trained. I’m currently working from home full time. I can be flexible on when walks occur but am fairly busy between 8-5 and need some heads up to plan around meetings. I do not have a fenced in yard but will take your dog on frequent walks or as needed if you’re booking that service. I’m careful to follow instructions on how to get into your house for walks and lock up on the way out.

About: I've had dogs ever since I was a little kid and would do anything for them. I've also worked with dogs for the past 2 years. I have a Rat Terrier of my own and will make sure to treat your dog like they're my own. I’m used to all kinds of dogs whether it be age, energy level, or condition as I’ve had a mix of all at my job and growing up! I'm a student with lots of breaks between my classes meaning I’m usually only gone for less than two hours and I have lots of free time on the weekends. Max I’ll be gone is four hours, but that rarely happens. My dog is very friendly and energetic, but also knows when a dog doesn’t want to play. She’s very silly and loves to sleep! I live near the lake and can take your dog out often as there’s a nice trail along the lake and campus is pedestrian friendly. I live in an apartment, so I’m looking to host dogs who are comfortable in a quieter environment. Since I share walls with neighbors, I’m best suited for dogs who aren’t big barkers. That being said, I love dogs with a personality! A little energy and playfulness is totally welcome, I just ask that barking is kept to a minimum. Dogs are allowed to free roam around the apartment whether I’m with them or gone. If your puppy has energy to burn but knows when to settle down, we’ll get along great! In your own home I will take on any type of dog with any energy level! I will make sure to care for your dog while you are away just as you care for them while you’re in your house. A dogs safety and their comfort are a top priority for me! I also have a fenced in patio with dog grass if your pup needs a quick potty break!

About: I have been caring for dogs since 2013, starting when I was just 9 years old! In 2010, we rescued our first dog, Belle, a rat terrier. In 2021, we adopted another senior dog, Destiny, a miniature poodle, to keep Belle company. Sadly, they both passed away due to old age in 2024. The following summer, my family and I realized how incomplete our lives felt without dogs, so we decide to rescue two more senior dogs, Beanie and Pam! I will keep tabs on them, put reminders for scheduled events on my phone, and check in with them frequently outside of scheduled care, and will contact the pet owner with any and all questions. I'm good at reading their cues, love to snuggle and play, I'm happy to have them sleep with me if they prefer. I'm strict about following owner's rules and instructions. I prefer to learn a little bit about your pet's personality, quirks, likes and dislikes to provide better care--and so I can tell quickly if something is a bit off. I will communicate with you as much or little as you like, happy to send pictures. I like to be able to ask questions to make sure that I understand your pet and its needs as well as your house and its needs.
About: I have been around animals since I was very little. I have had pet responsibilities since the age of four. Growing up, I had tons of cats and kittens, bunnies, turtles, dogs, fish, chickens, you name it. After graduating high school I adopted my dog Sam from a shelter. I love taking him on walks or runs every day. Or letting him roam around at the dog park. He provides me with tons of enjoyment every day! I am currently an online college student working very hard to be financially independent. I work Monday-Friday 8:15-5:15 I am currently available on weekdays after 6:00pm and weekends if I am available! I occasionally and busy on the weekends with events and such. I live in an apartment with my boyfriend. My apartment complex has a dog park that I take my dog to and I can take your dog too if requested. I care very deeply about the care of my dog and other animals. If I could, I would adopt more animals!
About: I have taken care of dogs, cats, chinchillas, and more since I was 8 years old (including my childhood dog that’s 16 and still kicking!!) I’ve wrapped up my full time job and waiting for grad school to begin in August. Plenty of availability during the weekdays and nights - just ask! I have doors on all the rooms so that pets can roam safely inside my home. Floors are easily cleanable and there is an outdoor space and many parks nearby.
About: I've raised and trained two of my own dogs, my first living to be 18 years old. My current dog is a 5 year-old cattle dog/terrier mix. I'm very patient, attentive, and caring when it comes to pet care. I love all animals, especially dogs and cats. I am the go-to dog-sitter/walker for all of my friend's dogs when they need a hand. I work an odd schedule as a first responder so I won't be available on the same days each week, however, I would love to help when I'm able to. I listen carefully to what works for each of the animals I provide care for. No two dogs are the same and each requires and unique approach. About: I have had dogs and cats my whole life. My family growing up never had less than 3 pets at a time so I've grown up loving and rescuing animals including taking care of outdoor feral cats,stray dogs, etc. I currently have two cats of my own and hope to have more in the future at the very least by fostering :) Besides when working my 9/5 or rover I spend most of my free time with my cats. I also keep a cat crate and food in my car in case I ever see any stray cats and I have a humane trap at home. I have raised puppies and kittens from 2 months old and have had elderly pets that have lived to be 19 years old so I have experience with lots of pets of different ages, breeds, and personality types. I've taken care of upwards of 7 cats all in the same household so I am also experienced with caring for multiple pets including households with multiple cats and also dogs. I also have experience to varying degrees with deer, rabbits, horses, chickens, quail, and fish. I think pets are family and best friends and I am excited to meet yours and give them lots of love and attention I may be wearing a mask - don’t worry I’m not sick I am very immunocompromised so I mask around strangers just as an extra precaution so I don’t get sick For daycare or boarding for dogs I would prefer they are cat friendly but accommodations can be made for sure! Currrntl due to my job I can’t do morning drop ins or walks during the work week but can on weekends and can still do boardings. There are some afternoons where I occasionally have avilability and my availability is subject to change so please feel free to still message to ask :) I still do have lots of weekend free time too :) I’m happy to watch multi pet house holds and do daycare for multiple dogs if you have more than one! During meet ups I may be wearing a mask - don’t worry I’m not sick I am very immunocompromised so I mask around strangers just as an extra precaution so I don’t get sick In my own household I would provide them with their own toys, food and water bowls, and take them for lots of walks if applicable. My pets and any animals here are allowed to be on the furniture like the couches and bed but I usually put a blanket and a small bed on the ground in case some babies feel more comfy with that. I am more than happy to also crate them!
