About: Our family loves our pets, and I'll love yours too while you are away. My husband and I adopted our first black Lab in 2001, when she was eight years old. She was our first baby. Since that time, in addition to raising our human family, we have added many furry, finned, and feathered members to our home. While my ten-year-old Havanese is my "Best Boy;" I am "House Mom" to the other pets in our family. I love the time in the day I spend with my pets and look forward to spreading that love to other animals as I have more free time now that my kids are growing up. Having my own pets, I know it is hard to leave town. It's essential to find someone who is responsible, thoughtful, honest, and gentle to watch over them. I love being outside and I love dogs, so I figured I would combine the two! Rain, snow or shine, I'll be there. I work and live full time at a nature preserve which means I can check up on your pup frequently, and my schedule is very flexible. I have one dog of my own who loves hiking, and can be very high energy and require a lot of love so I know how to entertain energetic minds. I've been caring for animals for 10+ years now, so you can trust your furry companion with me :) since my schedule is flexible there's no pressure if you need to cancel last minute. Since I have an energetic pup myself, I devote many parts of my day to caring for him. Including your pup in that routine will be super easy and Otto will love it! If your dog is more chill, I will make sure to entertain them in different ways so I don’t overextend them :) Anything you are most comfortable with, I’m happy to follow! I will make sure your pet comes first in every situation and ensure they’re comfortable while under my care.

About: I've always had dogs for as long as I can remember. At this stage of my life, I do not want a dog of my own, but would love to help you care for yours. I am retired and spend much time around the area. would love a companion for outside walks, cuddling on the couch or just hanging out on deck enjoying the sunshine. In my home, the guest is free to roam the house and go on any furniture or bed.....A full guest in our home. Water is always out and I will follow any requests from the owners. Never outside without a leash

“If I could give 6 stars, I would. My service dog Memphis, still in training, hasn't been away from me that much and I had to be in the area for an appointment that he could not attend. Amanda was amazing - her place is a puppy dog delight, in a country-ish setting near the lake, huge fenced yard, and her little puppy Dominck becamse fast friends with my Memphis. She was so friendly and sensitive to him, very attentive, careful and kept everything safe including observing his limitations due to allergies. Her little ones were amazing with him and gave extra helpings of love and attention. He was thrilled to be there and I knew he was in safe hands. About: I have never had pets of my own but I have grown up loving animals and being surrounded by pets of friends and family! I have experienced dog sitting and walking as well as giving pets medication. I am home for the summer and looking to fill my free time by being around some furry friends!
