1. Annette G.
“I just found out about dogvacay and I'm so happy I did. I've always hated the idea of kennels and my dog being alone in a cage over night, but now I feel so much better knowing I have found someone as awesome as Annette to take care of her when I need to go away. I didn't know what to expect leaving my dog with someone I had never met before, but I was more than happy when I met Annette and saw how much she cared for the dogs in her care and her home was clean! I can tell my dog had a great time with her and I feel so relieved knowing she was given attention and love while I was gone. Annette was so sweet and flexible to our schedule. I will definitely be keeping her in mind next time I need a dog sitter. Thank you Annette! It was so great to meet you and I'm sure Ayla is looking forward to her next visit with you and treat bag to bring home!”
2. Jessica & Ian K.
“Jessica and Ian are great dog people! Their welcoming atmosphere, frequent updates, and genuine affection for animals gives me peace of mind when I board my dog with them. They've got a safe & puppy-proof environment and my puppy is always in a good mood after staying with them. We are repeat customers and plan to keep it that way for a long time :)”
3. Nicole G.
“Nicole is fantastic! We were nervous about boarding my dog at someone else’s house for the first time and she was reassuring, patient, and attentive to all of Jack’s needs. Great with medication administration and provided daily photos and updates on how Jack was doing. Certainly gave us peace of mind on our trip. We will definitely be using Nicole for our next trip and would recommend her to anyone!”
4. Rich U.

5. Matthew B.
“What a great place for our dogs to stay! They were well taken care of as if they were part of the family. Our dogs came back happy and exhausted. We would definitely use them again.”
6. Amanda R.
“I can’t think of anyone better to care for your pet. She’s a compassionate and caring pet parent herself and takes time to give love, attention, and care to hers and others pets. Very punctual and great personality. If you want someone to more than just walk or petsir your pet - Amanda is the perfect person for it. She will treat your pet as of its her own!”
7. Erika N.
“Erika was amazing at keeping in touch and sending photos. Coco seems like she enjoyed her stay. Also Coco walked with Erika when I dropped her off like she already knew her and was very happy. Her energy was awesome!”
8. Jeanette H.
“One of the best decisions we made was booking with Jeanette H. To board my baby girl Lily. She kept us informed, sent multiple pictures of Lily as promised throughout my vacation and took extra effort to comfort her during the 4th of July fireworks. I will definitely choose her again in the future and highly recommend her.”
9. Amy M.
“Amy took such good care of Georgia. She sent me photos, videos and updates of walks, zoomies, sleeping, hanging out. It was reassuring and fun to hear and see how much fun and how cared for Georgia was while I was away. Amy picked up and dropped off Georgia. Highly recommend.”
10. Rosemarie F.
“I am writing to highly recommend Rosemarie as a dog sitter. She recently took care of my dog for the weekend in her home, and I could not be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I dropped off my dog, it was clear that Rosemarie is a true animal lover with a deep understanding of canine needs. She welcomed my dog with warmth and made him feel right at home. Throughout the weekend, she provided regular updates and photos, which greatly reassured me that my dog was in good hands and enjoying his stay. Rosemarie's home is clean, safe, and dog-friendly, providing plenty of space for play and relaxation. Her fenced in back yard allowed my dog plenty of time to run and play. Upon picking up my dog, he was happy and well-cared for, demonstrating that he had received excellent attention and care. Rosemarie went above and beyond in her role as a dog sitter, and I am grateful for the peace of mind she provided during my time away. I highly recommend Rosemarie to anyone in need of a responsible, caring, and professional dog sitter. Your pup will be in excellent hands with her.”
11. Christine M.
“Another great visit to his second home for my fur buddy! Christine provided great pics each day and was very gracious in accommodating my unexpectedly indefinite schedule on pickup day.”
12. Rusudan J.
“Rusa and her family were so wonderful to our doggy. Our dog has had anxiety with previous boarders but she became so comfortable with Rusa and her family very quickly. Rusa also gave daily updates with photos, even cleaned our doggy’s eyes, and put booties on her paws when it snowed to protect her from the salt in streets. She was very communicative and trustworthy. Highly recommend.”
13. Rosemary & Michael W.
“Rosemary and Michael were wonderful- they treated Milo like family, kept me informed of what was going on and sent pictures, and even bought him a new toy when he “killed” one of his favorites that we had sent along! They really made us feel secure that our pup was in good hands. Would definitely recommend, and will be using them again!”
14. Veronica C.
“I've used Veronica at least a couple times at this point and she has been nothing less thank fantastic. She has been fantastic at communication, great at scheduling room, and took amazing care of my Mika! Definitely bwill contact her again and I would encourage anyone to do the same.”
15. Jonhnattan Jose C.
“I can't say enough great things about Jonathan and the care he provides for my two babies Louie and Chase. Like many pet owners, my babies mean the world to me and it takes a lot for me to trust someone with them. Jonathan cares for my dogs as if they were his own. He is extremely professional, responsible, and caring. His scheduling system is very easy to use and he provides very personalized care easy to reach and gives updates after her visits. He is very flexible and reliable and has made my life much easier. I highly recommend Jonathan to anyone looking for a dog sitting service.”

17. Jayna S.
About: I grew up in a dog-centric household, however I have taken care of my own dogs for the past 19 years. For the last 8 years, I've had the opportunity to foster dogs through different organizations, as well. It has been an extremely rewarding and educational experience with regards to learning about a multitude of different dogs and how best to deal with different dog personalities and what their mannerisms indicate. The foster dogs that I cared for ranged from puppies to senior dogs and included numerous different breeds. I've had dogs that were incredibly easy, as well as ones that were particularly difficult and high maintenance. These experiences have made me open to taking care of all types of dogs; I'm happy to help administer medicine, eye drops, insulin injections, etc. I've experienced it all! My schedule is flexible because I'm currently based from my home. This basically means that I'm available to provide care in whatever capacity needed beginning from late morning until the evening and any day that's necessary. I have two dogs of my own and my day heavily incorporates them into it. I made a concerted effort to do the same thing whenever I took care of foster dogs. Whenever a dog is my responsibility I make a point of giving them the care and attention that they require. I'm available to walk any pup beginning from late morning into the evening, including multiple times a day. I currently live in a house with 3 acres and a huge back yard with forest surrounding it, so it is not fenced. However, I'm more than happy to walk your dog if there's a fear that they will run into the forest. If there is a situation where your pup gets along with mine then it would be fine for them to hang out with us during the day if that's preferred for some company. Otherwise, we are able to separate my dogs and keep them upstairs while I care for your pup downstairs. I'm also open to dog-sitting for anyone going on vacation! Our house is set up to accommodate dogs visiting and staying due to my previous fostering, which is how I came to have my two current dogs. Also, I'm a firm believer in positive reinforcement to teach dogs acceptable behavior and manners, so no punishments that may traumatize or hurt the pup!
18. Briana L.
“My cat Stan was boarded for a few nights at Bianca’s. She took excellent care of him and he felt very comfortable there. She posted many pictures and provided updates. Thanks for your great service!”
19. Janice A.
“Janice took great care of our almost one year old golden retriever on a recent weekend stay. She was caring, thorough, and only takes on one pet at a time so she can provide one on one care and attention. Ellie loved getting to know Janice’s two dogs and cat and enjoying the beautiful fall weather from the relaxing farm atmosphere. Janice sent frequent updates and photos throughout Ellie’s stay, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our time away. I would definitely book her again!”
20. Loretta & Csaba G.
“Loretta was amazing with our senior dog Nanuq. She kept great communication with me and sent many photos of him and his new paw friends. She assisted him since he is handicapped and gave him lots of snuggles on the couch. We were super nervous to leave him but know he was in good hands.”
