“Rich was amazing! This was our first time with Rich and also the first time my pup stayed with anyone outside of family. My pup has pretty bad separation anxiety and Rich did such an amazing job at making him feel comfortable. He makes it a point to make sure all the dogs are feeling comfortable and getting along. My pup warmed up to the situation quickly and seemed to have a great time. He offers to send pics/videos as much or as little.. i of course opted for as much and I was updated every day throughout the day! I traveled from Brooklyn and it feels well worth it. Our Josie had a great time at Tina's house! The entire family was welcoming and loving towards her, and she came home 'happy tired' from the evening and day of play. They have a huge fenced yard, and Josie was able to run to her heart's content with their dog - and my only hope is that she's not lonely at our house now! Tina sent a cute picture of the dogs together, and that was so comforting to receive while we were away. This was our first time leaving our furbaby with anyone, but the meet and greet we did with Tina in advance immediately put our minds at rest, and the overnight stay just confirmed our initial good feeling.
