About: My parents still love telling the story of when they told me I was going to have a baby brother. I looked them straight in the face and said, “I don’t want a human, I want a puppy!” Safe to say not long after, I got my very first dog, Bella, when I was four years old. From that moment on, Bella was my best friend. We grew up together, and wherever I went, she was right beside me. She taught me what unconditional love, patience, and responsibility look like. After an incredible 15 years together, I had to say goodbye to my sweet girl, but the love she gave me is the reason I care so deeply about every pet I meet.
