Hi, I’m Danielle. I provide dog walking and drop-in visits throughout Bedford County for families who need reliable, consistent care while they’re at work or away from home. Visit times may occasionally need a little flexibility—especially on busier days or when travel between appointments takes longer than expected. I always make sure every pet receives the full care and attention they deserve. Over the past several years, I’ve cared for dogs and cats of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. I understand that every pet is different, and I do my best to follow your routines closely so your pets feel comfortable and secure while you’re away. Whether your dog needs a structured walk, playtime in the yard, feeding, or just some extra attention during the day, I’m happy to help. I also provide drop-in visits for cats, making sure litter boxes are clean, meals are given on schedule, and they get interaction at their comfort level. I focus on creating a calm, dependable experience for both pets and their owners. I love spending time with dogs and making sure they get the mental and physical stimulation they need! Whether it’s a fun game of fetch, a relaxing walk, or a treat puzzle to challenge their minds, I always aim to keep pets happy and engaged. I now focus on dog walking and drop-in visits at my clients’ homes. I enjoy taking dogs on walks around their neighborhoods, helping them get exercise, explore new scents, and feel comfortable in their surroundings. If the weather is nice, I’m happy to take them on a stroll through a local park for a little extra adventure!

Danielle was fantastic with our pup Cam! He can be a little nervous when meeting new people and she did a meet and great before our trip which really helped (even when our booking was last minute due to other care falling through she made the time for us!)! Her updates were awesome, and our little guy was in great shape when we returned! I appreciated her keeping us up to date on any schedule adjustments, very communicative and I could tell she really loves dogs! Will for sure book again for our next trip!

I have a flexible schedule and plenty of time to make sure your pets are cared for, whether they need a midday walk, a potty break, playtime, or a meal while you're away. I am available 7 days a week for drop-in visits and dog walking and would love to continue helping pet owners in any way I can!

Medications & Health Needs: Do they require any daily medications or have any medical conditions I should be aware of? Behavior & Socialization: Are they comfortable with new people? How do they react to other dogs, cats, or children during walks? Favorite Treats & Toys: What types of treats or toys do they love? Do they enjoy activities like fetch, tug-of-war, or puzzle toys? Walking Habits: Do they have a preferred route or park they like to visit? Do they pull on the leash or need assistance with leash manners? Commands & Communication: What words or cues do they respond to? Do you use commands like "heel," "stay," or "no"? Understanding these details helps me ensure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and happy while in my care.
