She also helpful for first time pet owners like me who allow their puppy to do things that they shouldn’t but she help coach the parents.”

When she came to hand off the keys, it only took a few minutes before Vicenta and Vellum were comfortable and coming up to her. She spent time playing and socializing with them - and took photos every day, giving us some great shots and a sense of peace while we were away. We came back to two very happy cats.”

They went out of their way to make certain to keep things as close to normal for my girl and she absolutely loves going there. On our second stay, my girl ran into the house and knew where the other dogs were, where the toys were, and where the food was. She didn’t hesitate to pick up a toy and start playing - Shaun and Lauren didn’t miss a beat and started playing with her while I was still there. Shaun and Lauren send lots of candid photos and updates throughout the day, and the stay, which I truly appreciate. They also never mind when I ask lots of questions and follow ups. I will absolutely be using Shaun and Lauren every time I need to board my girl!”
