About: Back in 2014, I attended Tennessee College of Applied Technology, graduated early with my diploma in Assistance Animal Laboratory Technicians, also with a certification in Purina Mills Animal Care Course. I have done an internship with North Shelby Animal Shelter as well as Bartlett Animal Shelte, where I took stray dogs/ abandoned out for walks and to play. Most of the dogs I encountered with at the shelter were sweet and loving dogs that just need a friend and time to spend with a person. I treated those dogs as my own. I have also intern at University of Tennessee Health and Science Center taking care of rodents, pigs, and other animals. I am someone who is mature, candid and who has integrity. Everyday I work to improve myself and my skills which is part of maturing and becoming better at what I do, this is why I want clients to choose me. I will treat your pets as my own pets. I work from home, so my schedule is very flexible. For house sitting, I can work from your home during the day if you have reliable wifi. I am accustomed to working with both larger and smaller dogs, and have volunteered numerous times at animal shelters. I love taking dogs on walks, to dog parks, and playing fetch. My own dog has separation anxiety and can be difficult to handle at times, but this has prepared me to work with other animals with similar issues! If your dog has specific dietary needs, I will be sure to follow all instructions given. In addition, if your dog needs directed medication, I am capable of administering that.
