About: I am a pet person! I’ve had dogs since I was a child and have cared for my own dogs and cats throughout my adult life. Animals have always been part of my family, and I truly love caring for fur babies of all ages and personalities. I treat every pet like my own, with patience, affection, attention, cuddles, and lots of love. I understand how important it is for pet parents to feel confident their pets are safe, happy, and well cared for, and I take that responsibility seriously. I’m known in my community for taking care of friends’ pets when they’re away. Pet care fits very naturally into my daily routine because I work from home and have a flexible schedule, which allows me to give pets lots of attention, supervision, walks, and companionship throughout the day. I live in a safe, walkable neighborhood and love taking dogs on walks, playing with them, and making sure they feel comfortable and loved. My home is very pet-friendly, I have a large, fenced in backyard, and I genuinely enjoy having animals as part of my daily life. I provide a safe, loving, and comfortable environment where pets are treated like family. I have a secure fenced-in backyard with plenty of green space for dogs to safely play, explore, and get exercise. Pets will receive lots of attention, supervision, affection, walks, playtime, and care throughout the day. I’m happy to follow each pet owner’s routines, feeding schedules, medication instructions, and any special preferences to help pets feel comfortable and secure. If needed, I can also crate pets according to the owner’s instructions and comfort level.

During my time there, I cared for dogs of all sizes, breeds and personalities through daycare, overnight boarding, feeding, medication administration, playtime, and plenty of one-on-one attention. Although I left the daycare to return to school, my passion for dogs never went away. Becoming a Rover sitter allows me to continue doing what I enjoy most. About: Animals have always been a part of my life, I was raised on a farm, where caring for a wide variety of animals became second nature. That background gives me a strong sense of responsibility and an instinct for understanding each pet’s unique personality. I’m comfortable with all kinds of pets and focus on keeping them safe, happy, and stress-free while you’re away. I work Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, which means I’m available for walks, drop-in visits, and check-ins starting at 4:30 PM during the week. I am completely free on weekdays. If you’re looking for more extended care, I also offer house sitting and can often work remotely on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, and weekends, allowing me to spend more consistent time with your pets. I aim to be flexible and communicative, so we can find a schedule that works best for both you and your pets’ needs! I tailor my care to each pet and service. In your home, I stick to your pet’s normal routine to keep them comfortable and stress-free, including feeding, walks, and plenty of attention. In my own home, I provide a safe, calm environment with close supervision and consistent care. I also have personal experience with shy pets, I adopted my cat Athena at 4 months old from the Memphis Animal Shelter. She was very skittish and required a lot of patience, understanding her needs, and respecting her space when she wanted to be left alone. She is now 8 years old and thriving, and that experience has taught me how to read behavior and adjust care to each animal’s comfort level. No matter the setting, my goal is to keep your pet happy, secure, and well cared for!
