I have taken care of animals since I was 10 years old and I have raised 2 dogs myself as an adult. I adopted them when they were both 6 weeks old ☺️ My fur baby Boomer is 9 years old now, and he is in Louisiana currently while I am in graduate school. He is a handful and his personality is unique, so I am very familiar with aggressive or shy dogs. I also love cats! I would love to check in, walk, or board either type of animal if you have a busy day/night/weekend scheduled!

If I can leave a higher rating than 5 stars I would!!! Adaire was very thorough and professional from beginning to end. She takes copious notes of your pup and remembers each detail, from the meet and greet into the entire stay and always has your pet’s best interest! She also is very communicative with you and sends you all the updates and photos which gave me peace of mind while I was out of town. Felt like I was right there with Azure :) All in anll, Azure had a very fun stay with Adaire and I wish we had discovered her sooner.

Adaire is amazing! She kept me updated and shared pics with me everyday! I especially appreciated the genuine care she showed Bubbles! Adaire cared for our 4 legged Baby as she was her own! 5 stars all around and I highly recommend Adaire she is top tier!!!

I have full availability through out the week and weekends as of right now! I’m flexible with drop off and pick up times as well.

Safety, trust & environment
I have an apartment right down the road from a fenced in dog park, and I also have plenty of space for leashed walks around my complex. Pets are welcome to my couch, bed, or on the carpet floor! I have a pretty large kennel already in my outdoor closet if needed. I have a doggy gate that separates my room from the living room as well if any of the doggos need a break or some alone time! I also have a doggy camera to keep an eye on them while I am not home.
A typical day
I live on Mud Island and I love to take dogs on long walks by the river. There is also a fenced-in dog park on the island, which is divided by weight of smaller and larger dogs. If the dog loves to interact with other dogs, I would be more than happy to bring them there for play time. They can play fetch or just wander around the fenced-in area!

- I can board up to 2-3 dogs at a time. I would prefer to accept a dog that can be around other dogs with out issues. If your pup has special needs or requirements, please let me know ahead of time so I can be prepared. I would like to have all the information possible of your fur baby so I can provide the best care and most comfortable environment!
