Shannon's gentle manner won her over quickly. She also communicated with me the day of the walk and took them out for over 30 minutes and almost a mile. It made me so happy to see my beloved pups taken care of so well. If I lived in Buffalo, you can rest assured she'd be my pet sitter of choice! We are here for a few days on an RV tour, and I really appreciated how well Shannon took care of our pups.”

About: As Adoption Coordinator for the Oahu SPCA, I've seen it all. I've cared for dogs and cats in a clinical setting, as a foster, owner, and sitter for many years. I've found homes for countless animals in a rescue setting. And more than anything, I want your pet to feel safe and happy when their loving family is away. I work for myself from home, so my schedule is flexible and I can spend lots of quality time with your baby. Your pet will have no shortage of attention, snuggles, quality time and exercise. Dogs love routine- whether they're staying with me or at your house. Waking up at the same time each morning makes certain they get the ya-ya's out and don't have to wait to go potty. Puppies and older dogs with more urgent bladder needs will of course be accomodated with extra supervised trips outside and puppy pads if needed. I'm very conscious that there are no animal-toxic foods/plants/fragrances left out for pets to get into. You can rest assured your pet will be fed the proper amounts, medicines, and brands of your choice to protect their digestive system. My home offers a big beautiful bike path on the river, where your pet will get tons of good walks and a big house to explore. For cats, I have a large but contained space for them to roam and also find seclusion without getting lost. Their litter box will stay in the same spot every time so they know where to go, and they will always have fresh litter. I would love to play with them so bring their favorite toys! No other pets are in the home as all of our babies passed of old age. Adult family members share the home, so there is extra help. No kiddos are in the home so no concerns there. If in your home, I'm very diligent about making sure doors are secure and locked so pets don't escape. I always know where your pet is and make sure their environment is calm and quiet.

About: I am a reiki master. I love providing healing to animals. Hugs, belly rubs ,you name it!! I dont mind providing medicine also. I also prefer over communication. I can swing by on my lunch break for potty breaks. I also can coordinate walks. Weekend time frame I also dont mind dogs of smaller size over to stay at my house. I have a fenced in yard for my 2 dogs. Very clean environment. I have a 11 yr old Australian shepherd and a 6 yr oldhound that are friendly.

About: I've fostered and trained 14 puppies until they found their forever homes, with organizations like R.A.R.E Rescue and Big Fluffy Dog Rescue. I especially love teaching puppies tricks, such as "sit," "spin," "come here," I can teach them to recognize their names, and I can potty and crate train as well. I used to volunteer at the Nashville Humane Society walking and socializing dogs and cats, and I have experience taking care of animals with special needs or special medical instructions. I love taking pictures of cute moments and will make sure any animal staying with me is loved and cared for! I've had both cats, dogs, and a snake as pets, and I have experience petsitting other animals for neighbors such as different reptiles, ferrets, and bunnies, so I'm definitely capable of taking care of any animal with specific instructions. I am self-employed and work from home, so pet care fits perfectly into my schedule. I have flexible hours and can be available for last minute requests. I also have a car to swing by at any time to take dogs on walks throughout the day or even drive to a dog park. I just moved to New York from Tennessee, so I'm a little new to the area. About: If you’re looking for someone experienced, reliable, and knowledgeable to keep your pet content, safe, and occupied, and to keep your mind at ease while you’re away, look no further! I will house sit for or check in on any type of animal! I have taken care of all kinds of pets including rats, reptiles, tarantulas, ferrets, cats, dogs, and more since a teen. I have experience with volunteering at cat shelters, administering medications, first aid, and rescues. I am first aid certified which also teaches how to perform CPR on dogs. This is my second year pet sitting on the Rover app. I will also make sure any pet messes and toys are tidied before you arrive home every time! ***If you need a sitter for a small animal please book as a cat and then specify in your message to me the species and specific care needs. About: I have experience taking care of pets, as I have owned a dog myself. I've worked in animal care most of my career, working for institutions such as The Buffalo Zoo, Hidden Valley Animal Adventure, Pet Supplies Plus, dog kennels, etc. I love being around animals, and intend to do so the rest of my life! I'm currently working as a personal trainer at Catalyst Fitness, so I am needed when clients have training sessions. However, this will never extend for more than a few hours (at most maybe 4-5) at a time. So even if I need to go to a training session(s), I can be right back to take care of the animals afterwards! I can constantly provide your pets with enrichment. Whether that be through walking, playing, or just general outside time. I love nature/the environment, so I love getting outdoors. I work from home with a flexible schedule, reliable transportation, and availability to work around your hours on weekdays. Weekend care can be discussed once relationship is established. Ability for drop in care in clients home as requested. Multiple a day if in close proximity. Otherwise, I have an apartment that allows for dogs or cats to stay the day with me, though must get along with other cats. Additonal bedroom for space to themselves if needed. Plenty of green space for leashed outdoor time. House trained only, and no overnight care. I have a flexible work from home schedule so we can discuss what times and number of visits work best for you and your pet! Always leashed dogs unless permission for off leash in own yard. Listen to any and all instructions that you give. Respect the dog or cats behavior and needs.

About: I grew up with dogs and have taken care of multiple pups and cats over the years. I currently have a dog but she is a bit reactive with other dogs so I won’t be able to have your dog in my home. I am great with puppy training as well. Looking forward to meeting your furry friend! About: I did not have any dogs growing up- my parents were allergic, but I have always loved dogs, and I knew I wanted one when I was able to live on my own. I have been around dogs my whole life, and I have cared for my friends dogs when they needed sitters. I am currently a dog dad to my four year old Australian Cattle dog, and if there's one thing I can tell you about him is that he has taught me everything I need to know to train, house, and communicate with dogs of all breeds. Your dog will be treated with the upmost respect while in my care and will enjoy their stay with me and Yoki. You pups will fit right into the routine of things. I currently own two dogs and I am able to accommodate them both time wise I treat all animals as if they are my own, giving them the same love, attention, and respect I would offer a pet of my own. About: I’ve taken care of a couple different dogs for around three to four years now doing basic care takings needs such as playing, walking, and feeding. I have also had a Shih tzu of my own for 3 years now. I work part time and I am a full time student. My summer schedule has classes and work several days of the week. I’m generally free most mornings and after 9pm on days I work. I let my dog walk around our home freely. However in our backyard I have a leash for him so he can walk around while not being able to run off! When I am dog watching when I am away I would crate the dog if im gone for several hours and let them roam if its for a short amount of time.

About: My biggest concern while I’m away on vacation is “how are my dogs doing?” They are like my children. I have used Rover in the past to watch my dogs and home while I’m on vacation. I want to be that trustworthy person for someone else. I have ALWAYS been an animal lover! I have rescued dogs, I’ve fostered dogs and watched dogs for friends and family. I have two Golden Retrievers at home who love to have company come over and play in the fenced in backyard. I am looking forward to taking care of your Furbaby like they are my own I work Full-time but am able to leave for lunch to take care of any pets needs during the day. Right now I go home everyday on lunch and spend time with my dogs. I have a fenced in backyard and 2 Golden Retrievers who love to have company! At this time, if I watch your dog in my home, he/she would need to be crated while I’m at work. They would be crated no longer than 4 hours unless I make other arrangements with my job, where I could come home more frequently.

About: I've been around animals my whole life and have an appreciation for the love that they bring to your home! I of course will do my very best to take care of them. About: Hi my name is Oz! I’ve been taking care of dogs and cats since I was a kid! I grew up with big dogs like German Shepard’s, Rottweiler’s, Huskey’s and so much more! I even took care of disable dogs such as blind ones. Honestly, big dogs are my favorite but I love all animals at the end of the day. I am currently on summer break, so I have a very flexible schedule and can accommodate pet care throughout the day, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
