“I had not ever used Rover prior to this visit. Carole was amazing. She was reliable and came every day, twice a day. I have one cat, Dixie, who is not friendly to strangers, but Carole’s relationship with her made us very happy. Dixie let her pet her and even came out to see her. The pictures were wonderful to see and made leaving them a little bit easier. We will be using Carole again for our next trip.”

“Had never used Rover before and I am so impressed with the service I received from Kim for our weekend away. Never worried once about my cats while away. She was always on time and my cats looked great upon our return. Would highly recommend her to anyone!”

“Leigh was wonderful. Very responsive and treated my kitties like her own. She asked lots of questions to make sure she had everything covered. She also sent lots of cute photos of them. Would definitely book again.”

“Casandra did a FANTASTIC JOB watching and looking after our lovely kitten Charlene for an entire week. I would rate Casandra higher than 5 stars if it were possible! :) If you are looking for a top-of-the-line experienced and very professional pet sitter, then you need not look any further than Casandra! :)”

“Madi is so sweet. My boxer loved her. I loved that she wanted to come over and meet her first before committing. She kept me updated on when she arrived at the house and sent pictures. I truly hope to be able to have her pet sit for my boxer again!”

“Ashley did an amazing job caring for our cat Maverick. He can be a little skittish around new people but took to her very quickly. She played with him, gave lots of pets and always made sure the house was secure when she left. She also offered to bring up the mail which was nice. We’ll definitely book her again :-)”

“Amanda did a wonderful job caring for our geriatric herd. She persevered in gaining our old dog Bella’s trust. She gave the cats and dog their daily medications along with lots of affection. We had peace of mind for a necessary family visit and that is priceless!”

“Amazing pet sitter! Shiru and her husband took excellent care of my cat and kept me updated with adorable pictures. It made me feel so comfortable knowing my pet was well looked after. I’ll definitely reach out to her for future trips!”

“I'm first time hiring a sitter for my cat who is with me for 4.5 years. I took my 6 months dog with me to Cancun as I was worrying so much that someone can't take care well of my babies when together as they can be a problem as a team home alone. From the moment I met Jessica during meet and great, I felt at ease knowing my cat was in great hands. Jessica took the time to get to know my cat, and spent time playing with him during her visits. And watered my plants 🪴 ☺️ Throughout the stay, Jessica provided regular updates and adorable photos, which really eased my mind while I was away. She was attentive to Dandy's needs, ensuring he were fed, litter box was clean, and that Dandy received plenty of love and play. It was clear that Jessica has a genuine passion for animals. When I returned home, Dandy was happy and relaxed, looking like he had a vocation as well!! He is a whole new cat now, less grumpy more playful and looks so happy. I will definitely be booking Jessica again in the future, and will be happy if she will take care of my precious pup as well. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of my kitty! 💕”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs(my own pets) since high school. Friends and family have relied on me to care for their pets when they’re out of town. I also graduated from the vet tech institute in 2014. Then I went on to work as a radiology and ophthalmology veterinary technician in a busy emergency hospital for 5 years. I only quit once I became a mom but have wanted to make my way back to caring for animals in some way! I’m currently a SAHM and both my kids will be in school full time. My time in between school drop off and pick up will be open! You can trust I will be there to care for your baby exactly how you’d like! Whether it’s a drop in or walk, just let me know exactly what you would like from me!

“Faith took excellent care of Ella! She sent updates but not too frequently (I was on a family trip and appreciated not being "pinged" every time something interesting or different happened), and also pictures of my girl eating and playing. I have no idea whether they actually enjoyed watching Ella - she can be a handful - but I know Ella came home happy, safe, and well fed, with an immaculately clean cage and water bottle. If I have another trip for which I must leave my pets I'd be grateful for Faith to care for Ella again if she is willing!”

About: New pet owners! You get $20 off your first booking with Rover! https://www.rover.com/sit/emilyf63054 I’ve owned dogs and cats my entire life and love caring for them. I also take care of friend's animals when they go out of town. I'm usually the go to for that. I also foster kittens for the Denton County Animal Shelter I currently work in Denton from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm and I'm available on my lunch break to make home visits. I'm also available all day on the weekends and during the week for house sitting. I'm not currently taking any pets into my home because I have cats (not sure how another dog will do with them) and my dogs are elderly. I may consider one small dog or puppy for a weekend.

About: I grew up with dogs since I was seven years old. I’ve never not had a dog in my house. My first dog was when my grandmother surprised me on Valentine’s Day a little black poodle and I called her Sissy. I had her since I graduated in high school and she passed away. I was devastated because she was my childhood dog. I will never forget her. Now, I have a spunky blue heeler mix named Zendaya who is one years old. I like playing, walking, petting and being next to my dog. Plus, my two sons adore her. I have a hybrid schedule. M, W, F, I work from home. I take a 30 minute to an hour lunch break. I can make sure your pet has enough food and water. On Tues & Thurs, I’m in the office. After work, M-F, I have more time to walk the dog, make sure their water and food bowls are filled. I can play with your dog if he or she needs attention. On the weekends, my schedule varies. My kids have a soccer or football game. My husband and I play ultimate frisbee, go to church, spend time with our family or friends. I always take my dog out in the morning before work. I feed her twice a day. When I work from home, on my lunch breaks, I like to go on walks with my dog. When she needs something, she’ll come to me and give me a look or bark at me and I let her outside in my back yard. When I’m in the office twice a week, I let my dog out and keep her in her crate until my husband gets home from work. If he’s gone all day and not back earlier in the day, my mother-in-law will stop by to let her out. We don’t have a dog door, but I keep the back door open if the weather is nice. My family and I like to go to the dog park and let our dog play with other dogs or we take her on hikes.

About: I have cared for animals of all sizes from show animals for FFA to caring for reptiles of all kinds. I have been a animal lover since childhood growing up with large dog breed like English mastiffs and various animals like cats, bearded dragons, and rabbits! I’m currently preparing for college and my schedule is wide open to do check-ins or even sit with your animals for extended periods of time. I offer all services to fit your animals needs such as check-ins, walks, and even overnight stays if needed for your animals. I am mindful of all instructions especially when it comes to animals on a special diet, and I am experienced in giving medications.

“Brittany was a great sitter. She not only helped keep all the kitties on their routine, but she also helped get my little Mugsy more acclimated to his inhaler. She was great at communicating any questions she had and was responsive to mine. She had a good understanding of cats and I would definitely book with her again!”
