About: I grew up in a pet loving household with cats, dogs and the occasional hamster or two. My husband and I now have a sassy 13 year old calico named Mittens and our newest addition is a rescue puppy called Leia. We also recently had to say goodbye to our senior dog Arlie. I have plenty of experience with dogs and cats throughout their life stages and changing needs. I work for myself so my schedule is very flexible. Afternoons specifically I am usually wide open and love getting a good walk in with a pup! My weekends tend to be very flexible as well. I treat your pets as I do my own with lots of care, attention and love. About: I have been pet owners for years & there’s nothing I love more than spending time with animals. I love to take walks to the dog park & have a good game of fetch. I also take pictures of pets that I taken care of before so let me know if that’s something you would like. I currently work from home so I spend all day with my pets. My job lets me be able to still take my dog on multiple walks a day, have play time, go to the park & more. The play area is fenced in, I can easily crate your dog if needed. In my home I can provide everything your pet needs like if it was their own home and vice versa.

My experience with dogs is extensive as I grew up with a German Shepard, taking on full responsibility with him as a teenager. I have dog sat for several families for vacations and weekends and am comfortable with all breeds, and have been sitting for Rover since 2016. I know that dogs are part of your family and will always treat them as such. I have experience with giving medication (even to dogs who don't want it!) as well as baths and providing comfort to anxious or nervous dogs. I have had a lot of experience with sitting a variety of dogs with many different personalities through Rover. I am a very patient person (I am a teacher) and am good with dogs who are shy or cautious.

About: Hi, I'm McKenna! My family currently owns 3 German shepherds in Dallas, Texas, which I care for intermittently. I've lived with large dogs my entire life, and I have extensive experience walking multiple-sized dogs simultaneously. During my high school years in Texas, I cared for my neighbors' dogs and walked them several times a day. Through my Catholic high school's community service, I was additionally given the opportunity to volunteer at numerous animal shelters. I always walk dogs on a secure leash and/or harness to comply with county animal ordinances. I can follow any behavioral preferences you set forth, such as not allowing your dog to jump during introductions, etc. I am very loving with pets and will not only provide superb care, but also well-deserved belly rubs!
