“Judy was AMAZING!! My dog has anxiety and can be a little nervous around new people. Judy was accommodating with my schedule so we could do a meet-and-greet to make sure both Juliet (my dog) and Judy were comfortable with each other. By the end of the meet-and-greet, Juliet was resting her head in Judy’s hand. I almost cried (this is HUGE)! Judy sent lots of pics and had great communication. I had no reservations about my dog (who is my baby) being in good hands! It was my first time using Rover, and Judy was very patient with all my questions. I will DEFINITELY be rebooking!! About: Hi! Our family loves dogs and we want to open our home to yours. Growing up, I had an Eskimopoo as a brother, and he was the most important being in my life. In 2009, after moving to Maryland from New Jersey, I adopted my current dog, Simi, from a shelter. She was abused, so it took some work and time to warm her up. Simi has gone from shy and timid to an important part of our family of 3 and the most loving and gentle dog you will ever meet. My 4 year old son was born into this world with Simi by his side and only knows a world with dogs in it. He loves dogs so much, that we adopted Ginger last year, a senior dog abandoned by her owner. Unfortunately, we lost Ginger to cancer a few months later Our loving family will make sure your beloved dog receives snuggles and belly rubs all day and night and be treated as part of the family. I know how hard is it to leave your dog to go on a business trip or vacation. So we will do everything we can to ensure your dog is safe and loved while you enjoy some time away. As a recently terminated federal employee, I am ready to spend the day with your loving pup on walks, playtime or just have a fun time in our fully fenced 1 acre yard! Your pet will make sure I get the excercise I need! I very much care for animals and their well-being, I will make sure your pet feels safe and comfortable knowing s/he will be sad missing mommy or daddy. Having a senior dog, Simi, my children are trained to be gentle and create a respectful environment for any pet guests we may have. If I am visiting your home, I will ensure to respect your pet's boundaries and ease my way into their safety zone. Eventually I hope to become a part of their routine.

About: I grew up with big dogs in the house, and had my own 120lb pup until recently. I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes. Since I work at home, I can cater to your dogs specific needs, such as more frequent potty breaks or walks, playtimes, etc. I do have 2 kids in the house, 10 and 12, who love dogs and are eager to help out with feedings and playtime! They will never be left unsupervised with your dog. I live in an area with great walking trails, creeks and ponds, so your dogs will have plenty of opportunities for walks and outside time. ** Please note that my schedule books up quickly because I only board one dog at a time. Dates cannot be held without payment and must be reserved through the Rover platform to confirm your stay. ** My work at home flexibility allows me to be more attentive and available to your dogs specific needs. Need more walks? No problem! Special feeding times? I’m home and ready to accommodate. I do not have a fenced yard but we do have a great closed off deck where your dog can spend afternoons in the fresh air. I don’t have any other pets in the home so your dog is my only pet priority. I love walking the trails with dogs, and bringing them to the creek, or parks to play. If your dog is sensitive to other dogs or cats, that’s good to know as well. However, I cannot care for aggressive dogs. If your dog is aggressive towards cats, other dogs, or children, PLEASE be honest. I do not have the expertise to de-escalate aggressive behaviors, and honesty is really the only way to ensure both myself and your dog have a safe walk/board. I’m also happy to come to you for dog walks and/or playtime. Please note: due to my and my family’s safety, I do not invite (human) guests into my home. Meet and greets will be conducted at a local neutral location and drop offs will be done outside. Thank you for understanding!

About: I’ve had dogs since I could afford to care for them on my own. I enjoy spending down time playing, walking, and snuggling with my dog. I’ve raised two foster puppies and of course fell in love but had to part with them. I have a fenced in yard so animals can be outside when weather permits. I work from home all of the time so I am here for frequent potty breaks and working on manners and behaviors. I can feed and give medications, etc. I have a dog and friendly cats that hang out outside when possible. I have a fenced in yard so animals can run around as they wish. I have crates in case animals need to be separated or work on potty issues.

He is very well trained inside and outside the house so he isn’t put in a crate and has free roam of the house. He is spoiled and given lots of attention. At a clients home I do my best to respect their wishes and take care of their dog just like I would my own
