About: Animals bring me so much joy, especially dogs. I truly think they are part of the family and I will treat yours as if they were children. I have almost always had one furry friend or another including cats, dogs, and rabbits. I currently have a large senior dog who needs a little special care and daily medication so I am comfortable giving those if needed. Exercise is also very important whether its going for multiple walks or just playing in the house or yard. Let me take care of your pets when you can't. I have full availability weekdays and weekends for boarding. I can also provide walks any time of the day, whatever works best for your schedule. Whatever your dog needs, I can provide. I like to be at your home because that's where your pet is most comfortable. My fur baby has anxiety worse than most people I know so I know how to be patient while giving extra love. Treats also help.
“Ava was great! She is one of the best sitters I have had so far, she did exactly everything that I asked if her. I loved all of the picture she sent throughout the day and that made me feel at ease although I was 300 miles away. My apartment felt even cleaner than I left it! My cat was seemed happy and content when I came back - she wasn’t clingy at all like she didn’t miss me much lol. I would definitely ask Ava to sit my place again. Highly recommend her.”

“Alan is quick to respond and always leaves our house in excellent condition! We’ve booked with him multiple times over the past year and my golden retriever always seems happy and well cared for! The only constructive ask would be for Alan to share more proactive updates and photos each day. Overall, Alan is a wonderful sitter and we are so thankful.”

“Patrick did a wonderful job taking care of Zenna! He kept me updated regarding their daily adventures and gave her the exercise she needs. This is one of the few times she did not beg me for a walk once I returned home. I will certainly be using Patrick again.”

“We had Kaitlyn stay at our home over Memorial Day weekend to care for our two dogs, and she was absolutely fantastic! She went above and beyond, doing two home visits before her stay to get to know our pups and ensure they were comfortable with her. One of our dogs is 15 years old, deaf, on several medications, and prone to wandering at night—which requires a lot of patience and attentiveness. Kaitlyn handled it all with care and compassion. Her communication was excellent; we received daily updates with photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. When we returned home, the house was spotless and, most importantly, both dogs were calm and relaxed. That’s not always the case—so it was clear they felt safe and cared for. We couldn’t be more grateful for the exceptional care Kaitlyn provided and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a responsible, communicative, and genuinely caring sitter.”

“Katie watched our rottie and mixed breed while we went on a short overnight trip. She sent pictures, kept the house clean, and the pups were happy as can be! We had a water leak (no fault of Hers) while we were gone, she called us immediately and took care of clean up so we didn’t have to leave our trip early. Would highly recommend her for any of your pet needs! :D”

“Cassie was great! Our initial plans changed and Cassie was flexible and accommodating. She checked in on our dog, played ball with her and sent us a picture. We will use Cassie again for sure!”

“Willow was great with our greyhounds. We booked Willow to watch our pets for the day while we were out for an extended period of time. He was flexible with arrival /departure times, attentive to instructions and his calm demeanor was exactly what our two needed. We will be calling on Willow in the future to watch them again when the need arises.”

About: I have been taking care and sitting pets since I was 16. I was raised having both cats and dogs, I love animals and playing with them! I am currently a student at the University of Louisville! Therefore, I have the time to be able to be a sitter and be flexible to accommodate needs and wants. At my house I have a dog and cats, they are well fed according to their schedule. While at other people’s homes I accommodate to the wants and needs of the clients as well as what their fur babies may need. For example, longer more frequent walks, or more playtime and attention.
“Leslie is next level. Our dog is quirky and can be anxious, and she handles him with oodles of patience and kindness. She has a great sense of humor about his eccentricities, and I feel very comfortable leaving our fur baby with her. She sent me loads of updates and pictures, which gave me a ton of comfort and peace.”

“Natalie was amazing! She stepped in at the last minute when my other sitter fell through and took amazing care of my pets. She made sure they got play time and attention as well as food and potty breaks. I would definitely hire her again.”

“Catherine was great with our pups! She saved us in a pinch and booked us last minute so we could make our concert! She was very tentative when we gave her instructions and had no issues bonding right to our 3 babies. If we are ever in Louisville again and need our pups watched, she will be our first call! We also got video and picture updates the entire time we were gone! Top tier service!”

“Sophie watched our 2 dogs and 2 cats while we were out of town, and was phenomenal! She was very communicative, and our animals loved her! It alleviates the stress of leaving when you know the animals and house are being taken care of. We would (and will) absolutely use her again!”

“Kaylynn was great with Ghost. She fed and walked him and cared for him like my dog was hers. Ghost ( my dog) has separation anxiety and Kaylynn is very kind and this helped a lot while I was away. I would definitely use Kaylynn again and would recommend her without hesitation.”

“Stephanie provided a phenomenal service! I couldn’t be happier with her professionalism. She gave me the peace of mind I needed with a dog sitter. She sent me photos without asking, and I could tell my fur babies were enjoying her company. I came home to a clean house and even a little note from her. I definitely recommend Stephanie!”

“Bayley took great care of our big boy goldendoodle! She provided frequent updates while we were away and was extremely responsive. We will definitely be using her again in the future.”

“There are not enough words to praise Emily for the care she gave our baby!! It was the first time we ever left our dog with someone, and we were very nervous. That all disappeared the moment we met Emily. She was so good with our baby (and with us), that we knew we chose the perfect person. While we were gone, we received numerous photos and videos of our baby that proved to us that not only was she doing well, but she was happy, content, and was getting all the attention she needed. Emily stayed in our home; and when we returned, it was just as neat and clean as when we left it. Emily is the number one choice ALWAYS!!”

“Kai was wonderful! She was very communicative and sent frequent pictures of our babies. We also came home to a spotless house! We’ve already booked her for another trip and hope she’ll come every time.”

Seneca Gardens pet parents share their Rover experiences
Stephanie was THE BEST dog sitter for our Lola bug. She was very responsive and intuitive to her needs. I could write a small essay on how amazing she was while we were out of town and how she cared for our girl. My wife am I can’t say enough great things about her and how great of a person and dog sitter she is!

After returning home from a 3 day trip, I was initially so impressed with the my sitter and how calm my dog seemed. The next day I found a pill in my dog's crate with the explanation from the sitter that she "must have dropped it" (in his crate). I don't know if it was accidental or if she purposely tried to drug my dog. But I do know I will never trust this sitter with my dog again.

Keely was amazing! She was incredibly communicative and so helpful! Our boy tore a nail while we were gone during Christmas and Keely let us know immediately and helped us coordinate and get him to the vet. It was seamless and we rested easy knowing our dog was good hands. We would be so happy to hire her again!

Rose has been an exceptional pet sitter! She not only is responsible and caring for our pets in our home on multiple occasions, she also takes such great professional photos of our pets! We love having Rose care for our pets while we are away. Great communicator! Flexible! And dependable! Thank you, Rose!

Lauren was great taking care of out young, energetic, and silly German Shorthaired Pointer. She showed up on time, followed instructions, asked questions when needed, and sent daily updates with photos. She also left the house organized and clean. We can tell our dog likes her too 🥰🐾🐕🦺
