“Lauran is an absolute dream of a companion, house sitter, fur baby manager and lover, and just overall great human. Lauran was thoughtful, responsive and responsible in every way. From sharing pics of our Simon and Molly with us, to asking questions of us as needed, to her bubbly and positive personality, to her attention to detail, she will be our go to person every time we need someone who we trust to spend time at our home and with our pups. We came home to a house nice Ethan we left it a two dogs that were clearly well taken care of while we weee away. Thank you Lauran for being such a great Rover sitter! About: I have taken care of dogs of all different breeds and ages for several years. Most recently, I provided long term care for an elderly dog with high anxiety. She required extra patience and special care— two things that I would be able to provide your animal as well! I am available before or after work on weekdays for drop-in visits or walks. I am available full-time on weekends for the same two services. I offer updates to pet owners after every drop-in visit or walk. I prioritize safety and wellness with constant supervision and being mindful of my surroundings.

“Donai was amazing and we’ll be working with her again! Our finicky old gal, Meeka, wasn’t a fan at first (like she is with everyone, not Donai’s fault). But Donai was patient with her and let Meeka warm up to her in her own way. Donai walked her daily and followed our feeding directions and took great care of her like she was her own. By day 2 Meeka let Donai’s pet her and by day 3 there were cuddles and Meeka wouldn’t leave her side. Thank you so much!”

About: While i had a beagle for 8 years growing up and learned a lot from that, my extended family would frequently rely on me for taking care of the many dogs through the years whenever they had a trip planned. i essentially grew up alongside all of them. i also helped a friend while they were going through training a puppy for service work so understanding how to teach commands is a little easier nowadays and i might begin puppy care in the future. i am free in the afternoon through nights everyday my calendar shows. my full week advance notice time allows me to plan around my responsibilities at home. i have learned to convince rather than force our furry friends into doing things they'd rather not do, like crate naps for going out and teaching how not to jump and so on. i have a lot of practice watching my surroundings to watch and avoid potential dangers, so i will make sure that walks are safe, for us and others.
