I have been an animal lover, animal rescuer and pet care taker all my life. I have walked dogs, and cared for cats since I was a child. I currently have a special needs cat, plus two others high needs(spoiled) kitties. I have a good deal of experience medicating and caring for cats and dogs. I walk my parents’ dog for them daily. I took care of a neighbors cats for her while she was traveling for almost a year. Your animal babies will always be safe and cared for with me.

Jocelyn was wonderful with my two dogs and two cats! She was very accommodating to their needs and flexible with scheduling. She offered to stay when my trip got extended and communicated throughout! Also, the house looked great when I returned :). She will be my first pick!
Jocelyn recently helped out our family by walking our elderly German shepherd as I am recovering from surgery. Our dog is very cautious around strangers and very protective of me in particular, Jocelyn was able to make her feel at ease and leave me to go on walks with no problem. Our girl even started recognizing her and getting excited to see her approach the house. She typically barks at anyone who approaches the house, even repeat visitors, but Jocelyn is greeted by wags and happy yips. Our elderly dog enjoys a slow paced walk with frequent sniff stops and some choice in the route. Jocelyn was able to accommodate her, but I know she also frequently walks a younger/high energy dog that requires a more brisk pace, longer period of time, avoidance of other dogs, and firmer guidance. Jocelyn is able to accommodate and earn the trust of dogs with a variety of needs. She’s a great dog walker and experienced pet owner. We have also had her check in on our cats when we’re out of town. She’s a gem!
Jocelyn was the only person who managed to become friends with our cranky, old, but much loved (by only us) cat, Sanchez. Every time we left town, she rebelled by hissing at anyone who came near and pooping everywhere but the litter box. I felt bad for everyone who tried to look after her and even worse for our Sanchez because she was obviously miserable without us. Enter Jocelyn! I’m not sure hope but she wooed the old girl and instead of returning to poop surprises and an anxious kitty, we were met with a contented, purring Sanchez. She is absolutely smitten with Jocelyn and we are too! Best sitter ever.

Schedule
I am currently an online ESL instructor for JCPS. I work from home part-time. I also need to be able to medicate my own epileptic kitty at 9 am and 9 pm every day. My schedule is very flexible around these reaponsibilities.
