She is patient and our chiweenie (who does NOT like strangers) was napping in her lap within 2 days. About: I have taken care of dogs of all different breeds and ages for several years. Most recently, I provided long term care for an elderly dog with high anxiety. She required extra patience and special care— two things that I would be able to provide your animal as well! I am available before or after work on weekdays for drop-in visits or walks. That all disappeared the moment we met Emily. She was so good with our baby (and with us), that we knew we chose the perfect person. About: While i had a beagle for 8 years growing up and learned a lot from that, my extended family would frequently rely on me for taking care of the many dogs through the years whenever they had a trip planned. i essentially grew up alongside all of them. i also helped a friend while they were going through training a puppy for service work so understanding how to teach commands is a little easier nowadays and i might begin puppy care in the future. I am free beginning in the afternoon through nights everyday my calendar shows. my full week Advance Notice time allows me to plan around my responsibilities at home. I left a job that I was not cut out for and am changing careers to one that i think will be actually enjoyable. i have learned to convince rather than force our furry friends into doing things they'd rather not do, like crate naps for going out and teaching how not to jump and so on. i have a lot of practice watching my surroundings to watch and avoid potential dangers, so i will make sure that walks are safe, for us and others.

Avery came to our home to sit with our 4-legged babies for a couple of hours. We don’t really leave them home alone but we both needed to be gone at the same time and other sitters we’d previously used were not available. It was pretty expensive for a few hours but we were grateful she could do it on just a few days notice. Avery was prompt in arriving, friendly, good with the dogs, and sent a pic during the time she was there. I would not hesitate to book her again if needed.
