Caring for pets has been a vital part of my life and I find enjoyment in sharing my life with them. I am a teacher on summer break so my schedule is pretty flexible right now. I want to help you feel comfortable leaving your pet, so I understand the importance of communication and trust. I am a teacher so I am available this summer, every day. When I go back in August I will only be available Monday through Friday after 4:00, Saturday and Sunday all day. All instructions regarding routines and medications will be carefully followed. I will pay attention to each pet’s behavior to ensure they are comfortable. I will maintain your pet’s schedule as close as possible providing photos and updates. Each client’s home will be respected and privacy ensured.

About: I have always had a major love for animals! I currently own 1 cat and 1 dog. I have owned dogs, hamsters, turtles, geckos, and a rabbit. I have experience in raising newborns, puppies, adult dogs, and senior dogs. I have also cared for other types of animals including cats, hamsters, rabbits, turtles, fish, and reptiles. I always make time to play and cuddle with any type of fur baby to make them feel comfortable with me and happy! I can provide just about any service needed: from feeding to potty breaks, walks, grooming, nail trimming, cleaning ears, cleaning up messes, or administering medication. I currently work in an animal hospital, so I am very familiar and comfortable providing any type of pet care! If possible, please request a booking a week from the dates required so I can work that around my job. I am mainly available on the weekends. Will update availability for the weekdays soon. I make sure all choking hazards, loose cords, or anything dangerous are out of reach. I put away all food and meds that aren't necessary at the current time. If a crate is required for a dog or cat when leaving the home, I make it very comfy and supply toys for comfort!

Unfortunately, our seven night booking with her had to be cut short by three days due to the effects that Pilar experienced from the smell coming from our pilot light of our gas log fireplace. About: My mom was a vet tech growing up and I have been around dogs of all sizes my whole life. I was raised in a home where every dog deserves a chance, no matter their health or their behavior and it has carried over with me into adulthood. Whether it is doggy day care, house sitting, or in-home boarding, I have experience in doing them all. I am local to parks, I have a fenced-in backyard with a covered back deck that has a fan for cooling off. I can tend to whatever the dogs may need energy level wise. I also enjoy walking all dogs when I exercise. Once play time is over, we have plenty of space in the house for relaxing and sleeping. I am home most of the time, so the dogs won’t be stuck alone for hours on end. I work from home, so there will not be much of a time that the dogs will be alone. I can cater to whatever the dogs need. I do prefer a crate trained dog for if/when I do leave the home for safety for both my home and the dog itself. The fenced in back yard is a huge hit for the dogs when I dog sit them. I am able to separate dogs if I have multiple, if needed. We have plenty of trails to walk, a local park with a walking track. Dogs are allowed on furniture. I have plenty of bones, toys, blankets, and anything to make your dog happy and comfortable.

About: My senior dog is 13+ years old now (I've had him since 2015) and whenever friends and family needed pet sitting/drop-in visits/walks they came to me, I have also owned a cat and am caring for a cat currently. I would like to start building up an actual professional client base/reputation if you're willing to give me a shot! I'm mostly available on the weekends for in-house pet sitting or otherwise. For weekdays, I work 8am-5pm M/T/Th/F, and 1pm-10pm on Wednesdays, so it's a bit more difficult unless you just need me to drop in or walk your pet :) I'll take care of your pets however you want me to, we have a very needy Bengal and my senior dog so I'm used to dealing with pets with extra needs.
