About: I’ve been taking care of animals since I was 10, as the neighborhood dog sitter! I worked as an animal specialist at PetSmart throughout college and have a great love for all animals. As a dog mom of 3 rescues I totally understand in importance in showing everyone love, especially those who struggle with separation anxiety. I am extremely patient and love giving amazing belly rubs and really long walks! I am currently a stay at home dog mom so picking up mid day check ins is fairly easy for me! I have three rescue dogs of my own and truly understand the importance of a mid day potty/play break! I will take care of your pet like they are my own! If that means your dog has to sleep under the blanket they are more the welcome to keep my feet warm!

About: Hello, thanks for checking out my profile. I have been a pet parent for most of my adult life. I have had the most experience with dogs. I became a cat owner a couple of years ago. Caring for pets has been a vital part of my life and I find enjoyment in sharing my life with them. I’m comfortable with feeding and walking schedules, providing enrichment and playtime, cleaning litter boxes, and providing comfort and attention. I am a teacher on summer break so my schedule is pretty flexible right now. I want to help you feel comfortable leaving your pet, so I understand the importance of communication and trust. I am a teacher so I am available this summer, every day. When I go back in August I will only be available Monday through Friday after 4:00, Saturday and Sunday all day. All instructions regarding routines and medications will be carefully followed. I will pay attention to each pet’s behavior to ensure they are comfortable. I will maintain your pet’s schedule as close as possible providing photos and updates. Each client’s home will be respected and privacy ensured.

“Pilar stayed in our house with our Yorkie while we were on vacation. Pilar was very professional and sent photos and updates each day. Unfortunately, our seven night booking with her had to be cut short by three days due to the effects that Pilar experienced from the smell coming from our pilot light of our gas log fireplace. She offered to do drop-in visits for the remaining three days, but I was able to find an alternative for Bella‘s care. I appreciated the fact that she was willing to do what she could to help out. We returned to a clean house and certainly recommend Pilar as a dog/house sitter.”

About: My mom was a vet tech growing up and I have been around dogs of all sizes my whole life. I was raised in a home where every dog deserves a chance, no matter their health or their behavior and it has carried over with me into adulthood. Whether it is doggy day care, house sitting, or in-home boarding, I have experience in doing them all. I am local to parks, I have a fenced-in backyard with a covered back deck that has a fan for cooling off. I can tend to whatever the dogs may need energy level wise. I also enjoy walking all dogs when I exercise. Once play time is over, we have plenty of space in the house for relaxing and sleeping. I am home most of the time, so the dogs won’t be stuck alone for hours on end. I work from home, so there will not be much of a time that the dogs will be alone. I can cater to whatever the dogs need. I do prefer a crate trained dog for if/when I do leave the home for safety for both my home and the dog itself. The fenced in back yard is a huge hit for the dogs when I dog sit them. I am able to separate dogs if I have multiple, if needed. We have plenty of trails to walk, a local park with a walking track. Dogs are allowed on furniture. I have plenty of bones, toys, blankets, and anything to make your dog happy and comfortable.

I'm a retired RN of 35+ years who also worked in veterinary medicine as a vet assistant for 5 years. My love of animals has persuaded me to pursue a career of providing care to your furry family members. My preferred fur clientele would be mature adult/senior small dogs or cats (kittens or adults) who prefer to stay in their own familiar surroundings. As the mom of a special needs dog (epilepsy) I'm well versed in giving medications and providing seizure care. With owner direction and observation of administration, I would feel comfortable administering injections. Whether your pet is into sedate leash walks, snuggles, belly rubs or prefers self entertainment with toys or observing the outside world, I'm happy to oblige. My schedule is generally very flexible and my goal is to take care of your fur babies and your home as if they were my own. I'm currently working as a contract nurse and am able to set my schedule on a monthly basis. This allows flexibility for your sitting needs. I have 3 furry family members of my own. I have 2 standard poodles inside and a tuxedo longhaired cat that's in and out. All have been spayed and receive regular vet care. One of the poodles is special needs due to epilepsy and is on multiple medications daily to prevent seizures. I will care for your pet in your home as if they were my own.

Dogs staying with me are rarely left alone for more than 2–4 hours, receive regular potty breaks every 2–4 hours, and get lots of attention throughout the day. I always strive to keep pets comfortable by following their normal routine as closely as possible. I’ll make sure they receive plenty of attention, exercise, playtime, potty breaks, fresh food and water, and lots of affection. All outdoor time is supervised, and I provide a clean, quiet, and stress-free environment. There are no other animals in the house. I’m happy to provide regular updates and photos throughout their stay or visit. I have access to a large backyard and a ton of greenery right across the street.
