“Trevor took great care of Romeo and our home for us, and we would highly recommend him in the future. He gave us daily pictures and updates to keep us informed. Romeo got lots of exercise, and seems to miss Trevor now that he’s not here! We would love to use Trevor again, knowing Romeo would be in great hands.”

“I’m leaving another review because Nyasia is the most thoughtful caretaker I’ve worked with. She gave me so many details about Morby’s behavior during walks. If you’re a sensitive person with a sensitive dog, Nyasia is the caretaker for you! She even braved the 90 degree sunny weather and thought to bring a water bottle for Morby dog. She’s the greatest!”

“Heather was amazing!! She took such good care of Mac, left our home in great condition and communicated proactively. Also, we were so appreciative that she provided care for the weekend short notice (less than 24 hrs). Highly recommend.”

“Jenna and Aiden were absolutely a dream! My dogs were well cared for. We came home to happy healthy dogs and a house in better shape than when we left. They absolutely went above and beyond. They gave us updates on the dogs with pictures. We will be using them again!”

“Would highly and sincerely recommend. Incredibly caring towards my little mamas, and so respectful of my space. Made sure to gather all the info he needed from me. Regular updates and communication.”

“Sydney was just wonderful with my pup! She stayed the night with him and gave me great, detailed updates and videos… made sure he was well cared for and got plenty of attention while I was gone. I would not hesitate to hire her again,”

About: I’ve cared for families pets (dogs and cats), whenever needed. This includes walks, over night stays, baths, feeding, medication distribution and potty breaks. I’m a recent kitten-mom, so I’m well-versed in this area. I’m a work from home employee (Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.), so I’d love to spend time with your pet(s) during and after these hours. I enjoy going for long walks after work as well, so why do it alone! I follow all rules set by the client and will pick up all messes throughout my visit (from their pet). If their pet has a certain amount of times needed to be let out (at certain times), I follow that plan. This goes for all other orders!

About: I have actively been taking care of dogs since I was a teenager, and in doing so I have worked with a variety of breeds, sizes, and dog of different ages. My manner of minding focuses on building a connection with the dog while uniquely understanding the breed and the specific needs they may need met. I'm very active and thus great with dogs who are looking to get in shape or have high energy levels. I have experience working with dogs who have been abused or neglected and re-socialising them. My home is large enough for multiple dogs of many sizes to be comfortable in as well as a short walk away from multiple parks. Both mornings as well nights are currently available Monday-Sunday.

“Alex did a great job with Chip while I was out of town. It was clear he gave Chip lots of attention and gave him plenty of exercise. Alex was also very communicative and provided great updates!”

“Natasha was wonderful with Bonnie and Clyde. We received regular updates with pictures of the dogs to brighten our day. Natasha also went above and beyond taking care of our house, and we would definitely recommend. Thank you!”

About: My first cat was way back in 1992 when a pregnant cat adopted me. She lived in the apartment next door with 4 other cats, a single Mom and 2 little girls. She would visit my apartment daily, also scoping me out, because she had future plans. Soon after I was the proud Human Step-Mom to Mama cat and her 5 kittens. That started my love for the feline species. I've always owned and loved dogs since my childhood. My first dog's name was Rusty, a smart and gorgeous Golden Retriever. I had tanks full of fish, multiple birds (Peanut could talk-he was a Green Cheek Conure), and often cared for my daughters ferret, Franklin, when she went on vacations. No pets are off limit ..... except snakes and spiders. Willing to administer meds. Currently I am doing pet care full time so I am available just about 24/7. I do have pets at home so I would need to take some time to attend to their needs during the day as well. I currently have both a dog and cat living with me so care outside of my home is preferable. I'm available almost all day and can stop in whenever necessary.

“Allie was wonderful! We had her do house sitting while away for a week. She was tidy in the house and so responsive to any communications. Dependable and trust worthy. She took great care of the pups and spent a lot of time with them. Would definitely hire her again and recommend her to anyone looking!”

About: Hi, I’m Destiny, a lifelong pet lover with years of experience caring for both dogs and cats! I’ve had cats in my family since I was 8 and have had my own cat for almost 4 years. I’ve also cared for and walked all size dogs from a chihuahua to a great dane, including my own family dogs back in high school. I know how important it is to provide pets with personalized attention, exercise, and enrichment. Whether it’s a high-energy walk, a relaxing stroll, or playtime with your furry friend, I make sure every pet gets the care they deserve. I’m also experienced with leash training, enrichment activities, and handling larger dogs. I'm happy to go over any specific instructions or needs for your pet to make sure they get care you want and the love they deserve! I'm currently working a full time job and looking for some extra work to make ends meet. I'm available all weekends and early mornings or evenings until sunset through the week. I'm also in the Albany area and can absolutely make a mid-day walk work if that's what you or your pet needs! With one cat at home, I can absolutely accommodate other kitties overnight. Unfortunately, dog sitting is not an option for me at the moment but I'm willing to go the extra mile to drop in for visits, walks, and can crate or settle them down when leaving them. I know you love your furry friend and want to give them the best care, I’m here to help in whatever way I can!

“Frankie and hit it off from the very first moment of the meet & greet, so I felt fine leaving Cinnie in her care. We received a bunch of photos and short videos so we didn't miss our girl while we were gone. And when I returned Cinnie was happy, the house looked just as I had left it, and I now have a new option to call upon the next time we will be out of town and I need coverage for Cinnie. Well done Frankie!”

“Haylea stayed with our 13 year old dog for 5 nights. Since we are both retired, it was especially important to us that our dog have a lot of company as she is used to our being home. A big plus is Haylea works from home 4 of 5 days a week and was able to be with our dog a lot. Haylea texted photos and kept us up to date on how our fur baby was doing. Highly recommend her!”

“Thank you Kenedy for watching our three dogs while we were away! Kenedy was amazing with the dogs. She was also so respectful of our home. She washed the dog food bowls before leaving! I previously did not have a good experience with Rover, but Kenedy has changed my mind and I’m super glad to have this positive experience! Thank you!!!!”

About: I’ve taken care of pets my whole life and I doubt that will ever change! I am also quite flexible handling pets’ individual needs and go out of my way to ensure they are met. I’m currently on break from grad school, so my schedule leaves much open time for daily walks and quality companionship, as well as boarding on the weekends! I also live very close to a beautiful park with many walking paths and open greenery that I would be happy to show your pup if that’s their fancy :) P.S.— I’m still eagerly accepting new routine clients! Destiny S.
“Destiny was such a wonderful caretaker for my fur babies when I was on vacation! She watched my two cats, and one of them truly has dog energy so I was glad that Destiny was able to keep him entertained. He can be quite a handful. I'm so glad she was able to keep them from destroying my furniture which I'm sure they would've done because they get crazy when they get lonely. But she kept them well fed, well entertained, and well groomed! The older one is a long hair, and she can get pretty matted, so I asked Destiny to use the pet brush every once in a while. Destiny also sent me pictures of my babies, to show me how they were doing. She was such a stellar companion for my kitties, couldn't recommend her more!”

Allie was amazing!! I was in a serious emergency bind and needed someone right away and she was totally willing and understanding and went out of her way to help. She took amazing care of my kitty with special needs and always kept me updating and it super sweet and great to work with. I cannot recommend her highly enough!! Thank you so much for everything Allie!

We couldn't be happier with our decision of booking with Myia. We were gone for 11 days and didn't really want to kennel our super anxious chiweenie Fred for that long, so we decided to try the housesitting option through Rover. Myia did an amazing job keeping an eye on our apartment as well as taking care of the forementioned Fred. I know that really helped him as opposed to being kenneled by himself for almost 2 weeks. We highly recommend Myia, and will be looking to her for assistance again in the (very near) future.

Frankie and hit it off from the very first moment of the meet & greet, so I felt fine leaving Cinnie in her care. We received a bunch of photos and short videos so we didn't miss our girl while we were gone. And when I returned Cinnie was happy, the house looked just as I had left it, and I now have a new option to call upon the next time we will be out of town and I need coverage for Cinnie. Well done Frankie!

Ashley is always amazing with Lola, but this time she went above and beyond—she noticed Lola straining to pee on my first night away, which led to an evening trip to the emergency vet. She kept me informed and handled everything with intelligence and compassion. Not the way either of us planned my week away, but Ashley made sure Lola was expertly cared for.

Erica was so fantastic with our dogs! She was very patient and they warmed up amazingly to her (which is a testament to her way with dogs). Erica kept us updated and sent cute photos from their weekend together. She also went above and beyond when caring for the house. I highly recommend her!

Haley did an amazing job caring for my dog Summer and my son’s dog Cici at my home while we were away for a wedding. We opted to have her come for scheduled visits rather than sleep over. She was punctual with every visit, gave us feedback after every visit. She was excellent with both dogs and their unique personalities. Highly Recommend!

After watching our younger dog, Mara, a couple of times, we asked Charlotte to house sit with both of our dogs who each have some separation anxiety quirks. As always, she was prompt and very easy to communicate with before and during the stay and was happy to accommodate Wally and Mara's needs.

What can't I say great about Monica! She did a fantastic job with our two Frenchies while my husband and I were away for the week between Christmas and New Year's! We were worried about finding a pet sitter that would not only be available that week but also stay overnight for the week in our home, so it was so great when I came across Monica's profile. Monica responds to all messages very quickly. She came over our house for a visit before we left to meet the pups so they could all get to know each other. Monica sent us lots of photos and updates throughout the week on how they were doing. Teddy is 4 years old so pretty self sufficient but Gus is a very active 7 month still learning not to put everything in his mouth he finds and also learning to take the stairs in the house so he needed extra attention. Monica did great caring for them and all their little quirks. She was also very respectful of our home and everything looked great when she left. We will be definitely using Monica again. Highly recommend her for your pet sitting needs.
