“Ava did a great job taking care of our pups. Our dogs were happy and healthy when we returned home! One of our dogs requires a little more attention and Ava made sure our pup had what she needed. Would most definitely hire her again!”

“Carissa was super communicative and took good care of my two dogs at my place for a long weekend. I can safely say my dogs were happy and she handled them wonderfully.”

About: I’m a lifelong dog lover with 8 years of experience and two mixed-breed dogs of my own. I’ve raised my energetic pup since he was a puppy and also adopted a more anxious, middle-aged dog, so I’m very comfortable with dogs who need extra patience, structure, or calm reassurance. I love going on long, active walks, but I’m just as happy to slow down for older or more sensitive dogs who prefer gentle company. I truly enjoy working with all breeds and sizes and tailor every walk or visit to each dog’s energy level and personality. You can count on me to be reliable, communicative, and attentive with your pet. Their safety, comfort, and happiness come first, and I always make sure you get updates and photos so you can relax while they’re in my care. I work full time from home, which gives me a lot of flexibility for daily walks and drop ins. I normally take an early lunch break mid morning, so I’m available for a walk around that time every day. I also finish work between 3:30–4:00 PM, which makes afternoon and early evening walks easy for me to accommodate. Because I’m home throughout the day, I can adjust my schedule when needed, and I’m able to stay consistent and reliable with visits. Your pup will always get the attention and routine they need. When caring for pets in their home, I stick closely to their usual routine.. feeding, walks, playtime, and any special instructions you provide. I adjust to each dog’s needs, whether they’re energetic or more anxious and prefer calm reassurance. During visits, I make sure your pup feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for, and I always send updates and photos so you know how they’re doing. I treat your home with respect and make sure everything is secure before I leave.

“Ashley was a wonderful pet sitter for my pup! She sent pictures, gave me an update each day, and left my house the way it was found (plus took out the trash for me that I forgot to do)! She is caring, professional, and I highly recommend! I will definitely be hiring her again in the future. Thank you Ashley!!!!”

“Elyssa is awesome! Her background and experience was what caught our attention, but she really was wonderful while she stayed at our house with our pup. She went above and beyond to keep the house in order and keep our little one happy. We will definitely use her again and encourage others to do the same.”

“My dogs felt comfortable and had fun with Joseph at my home while I was gone on a long trip. He gave me updates and photos and was very responsive to my messages. They got to play and go on walks. They are excited to see Joseph again during my next trip!”

“Sydney was great with our Corgi for house sitting! She sent updates and pictures during her stay! and our Corgi Waffle was right at home with her. Highly recommend and will be using again!!”

“Lindsey was great! Fantastic communication and sent pics of the pup. Our dog is pretty content with just laying on the couch. I was so happy to hear when Lindsey took her on a walk. Highly recommend!”
“I’ve used Rover more than 20 times over the years, and Rose was by far the best sitter we’ve ever had! She went above and beyond to ensure we knew our pups were in great hands, keeping us updated and handling every detail with care. She not only met all of our requests but exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommend!”

“Sabrina was wonderful! She watched my two small pups while I was away at my dad's funeral service. I had plumbing issues right before I left - stressful! - and Sabrina was so kind and understanding as I figured it out from afar. She left the house in great shape. Thanks, Sabrina!”

“My pups rate Jabe their max of 8 paws - and if they had more Paws, he would get them! Great communicator with us humans, and also takes great care of the house. And on this last trip, I needed a file from the computer that I left at home. Yes he’s the guy that you can also trust with your password.”

“Madison was a wonderful pet and house sitter. When I came home, both of my pets exhibited signs of low anxiety. My home was cared for and tidy. Madison was a great communicator leading up to and during the stay. I would hire her again anytime.”

Scottsboro pet parents share their Rover experiences
We would hire her a million more times. All of the animals loved her!!! I was so nervous about having someone I didn’t know watch my babies and she definitely went above and beyond. She was very thorough about what they needed and what they liked. We received so many pictures of them which also put my mind at ease. If I could give more stars I would!!!
